Usually I receive amazing customer service from the cashier and other staff but tonight? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. literally had my hands full and the cashier WALKED OFF while my bags were practically behind the counter … mind you I have a box of pull ups. 12ct toilet paper plus my personal items in my hands, so I had to sit my stuff down to reach for my bags when she could’ve assisted me JUST by putting them where I could reach them. The other team member literally just WATCHED ME STRUGGLE! Horrible staff

This used to be a great store and one I used a lot. But lately every time I go, there’s a group of women outside begging everyone to contribute to some Go Fund Me. It ruins me even attempting to go. Nobody knows even if the money is going where they claim. It’s ridiculous that the management allows this to happen. There are far too many other Family Dollar stores in town that don’t have this going on. I will not be back.

I always have fun in that store. Man theey have everything you want to get on the fly but your not goiing to get top tier consumer goods. The name fits so perfectly Its a smart way to spend the family Dollar and you will recieve quality goods and any problems keep your receipt. Ohhh snap i forgot dont plan to manuver easily if its stocking day. i would knock of half a * if i could.
