If there was an option for zero reviews, y’all get it. I don’t want to hear one more time about your new system. It’s not working and y’all blame everything on it. Before the new system, you blame your poor service on new people being trained. Tired of the excuses. we trust you guys for our medication’s and y’all just are not following through. You don’t get your voicemail. You don’t receive or answer your texts. Medication’s are not getting processed. You don’t communicate with your customers. I’ve tried online, calling, texting, and even going in in person. It’s been over a week since I was there in person trying to get a refill for my elderly cats medication, and I haven’t received it Received no communication about it. Can’t get anyone on the phone and you’re closed today so here I sit without my medication for my cat once again.I honestly am not sure how y’all are still open.

I have been using this Pharmacy for about 6 months now with no issues. I work in the medical field and system updates happen all the time. Which makes me wonder if data has been leaked or they have lost everything in their system....I have been calling for two weeks, I have left two messages and sent an email with NO response. This is not good for business at all and a disappointment.

I wish zero stars was possible. My provider sent a prescription March 26, today is April 11 and I still have not received my medication. I have called many times and was on hold close to half an hour each time before hanging up. You cannot leave a message because their mailbox is full, and they have not responded to any of my texts. I found a second phone number for them, and it was the same, except when you try to leave a message you get disconnected. I understand that they are probably very busy, but the least they could have done is acknowledge one of my communications.I sent an email with “URGENT, UNFILLED PRESCRIPTION FOR ONE MONTH”, and received a quick response from one of the pharmacists. He apologized and worked with me. He stated he didn’t see the prescription in the computer and asked for my providers contact information. He fixed the problem and I received the medication quickly. Thank you Brandon.

I am a provider and cannot even get in touch with anyone at this pharmacy. Daily calls, waiting for 25 minutes each time, then disconnected. Our team will be looking for a different compounding pharmacy if this does not change soon.

I am beyond frustrated. I have left voicemails, tried calling, and cant get ahold of anybody. My doctor sent my prescription in and I have heard absolutely nothing. I am very unhappy and i waited on hold for 30 plus minutes just to be hung up on. It seems this is an ongoing trend by looking at the reviews of others. I would give 0 stars if i could.

They were very good for the first 2 refills, then came the third. I ordered thru the phone. They went up on price for meds and shipping without notification. They were quick to take the cost from my bank account , but failed to send the meds. To get a hold on anyone is impossible. If you hold on phone to speak to someone your disconnected after 20 minutes. It’s been 11 days and still no meds. I did get an email apologizing and said it would be shipped over night for the next day. It failed to come and still no meds.

I’ve never dealt with such horrible service from a company that you should be able to trust with your medications. I called in and left a voicemail on 3/25 requesting a refill for my prescription. I never got any confirmation or call back that my voicemail was received so I followed up a few days later. The lady gave me the spiel about their software update and that’s why it was taking a bit longer but that she would put it in herself to get my prescription filled. Days turn into weeks and nothing. I start calling again. Nothing. I find an email on the website and emailed them on 4/5 asking for an update. Their pharmacist Brandon gives me the same software update spiel and says he’ll check on my order Monday. Of course Monday comes and goes and still nothing. I email him AGAIN, and get an auto response that he is out of office til 4/15 and to email a different email address. Unbelievable! I email the different email address - nothing. I even emailed him again once 4/15 had come and pass - nothing. I can’t understand how a software update prevents you from providing bare minimum customer service and at least answering the phone or responding to emails. I‘ve never experienced such complete incompetency and therefore wouldn’t trust them to fill my script at this point even if they did answer the phone.

In person they are great but there is no way to contact them without going up there. They don’t answer the phone. The email says it’s not an actual email address and they won’t respond on social media.

I have tried for two weeks to reach someone at Everwell to refill my script and have not been successful. I have called and waited on hold 30 minutes only to be disconnected multiple times. I have tried to email. I have tried to use their text system and their online refill request. Nothing.I know they are undergoing a system change but it's messing with peoples health

I've been using Everwell for compounding for about a year.When I first started, it was terrible. Trying to speak or get a return call from someone was almost impossible. They have an option to leave a voicemail to get a refill and I would leave a voicemail on Sunday night and would get no feedback. I eventually just started showing up on Friday afternoon and that would prompt someone to fill the prescription (usually with a remark about just showing up).Finally, they worked things out, and for the last 7 or 8 months, its been like clockwork. No problem getting in touch and scripts filled within two days.This week, I've called numerous times waiting on hold for almost 30 minutes each time. No one answers. I left a voicemail 4 days ago requesting a script refill and asking that someone let me know the message was received. Nothing.If your prescription is important, I suggest you do not trust these folks with it, unless you've got nothing better to do than camp out at their store.

I have NEVER had this experience with you. You have been changing your software for nearly a month. You charged my card on March 21 with shipping in 3-5 business days. It is now April 18 and not only do I not have my prescription which has been gone for 2 weeks but there is absolutely no way to contact you. You did not respond to my 2 voicemails, voicemail now full. Sent you 3 texts with no response and have tried to call 5 times and after 20 minutes on hold it drops. Based on the reviews just like mine I have to wonder if you are still in business. I have been with you since you opened as Pensacola Apothecary. This is very disappointing!! And maddening! Perhaps you need to find a new software vendor cuz this one”s killing your business!. I certainly hope the cost does not get passed to the customer!!

UPDATE : I received a text on the evening of the 17th saying my medication was shipped and a tracking number.I’m only giving one star because you have to give something to leave a review.My prescription was called in on April 1,2024., today is 17th. I have left text, emails and tried leaving voicemails but the box is full. I received one text from Everwell on April 8 asking for some updated information which I gave immediately. . I was then told via text my prescription would be shipped, No other further communication has occurred, No medicine has been shipped.The only thing Everwell needs to do now is to contact me and then ship my medication. Telling me you’re sorry for the inconvenience in a reply to this review is not acceptable.
