I have never had a better experience with a car rental place as I have this Enterprise location. The agent who helped me was Jim Clark. I wish more people would carry themselves with the same amount of professionalism as him. Dropped my car off for repair and Jim was there within 8 minutes to pick me up to bring me to the car rental place. I had reserved the car for 12 o’clock and everything was done in a timely manner. Thank you so much for your help.

Could of been a 5 star review. Got a rental from this location as repairs were being done on my vehicle. The whole check in and out process went seamlessly. My issue is that an item of mine was left in the car mistakenly on a Saturday. This location closes at 12pm and isn't open on Sunday. I called Monday morningand the local agent named Jason said the car was still there and he would check for the item an call me back. 3 hours later I never heard anything so, I called again and this time I was placed on hold for over 10mins and when he returned he mentioned the cleaning guy didn't see anything and that the car was already rented. It's been 3 +days and I've been reaching out everyday and now I can tell I'm just being blown off by the agent. Exhibiting some level of professionalism would of been an agent/manager contacting me to inform me about the status of the search etc.. I don't believe Jason even tried to contact the renter of the vehicle to check if the item was still there. Just disappointing all around.

Will NEVER use this company again.Charging me $20 in fees for the toll bridge that only cost $12, while using the car. Especially when I have a pass because I’m a beach employee.And SO OVER corporate greed and the bootlickers who work for them. Not even a call back from a message I left. Great customer service! I wish I hadn’t taken the review you sent me already. And quite frankly shouldn’t have even given a good one then seeing as though I had to come up to your establishment 3TIMES before I drove away with a rental because you all are so unorganized.

Even though I made it there with 1 minute to spare before closing Jason, Thomas, and Jim treated me like the shop just opened. I really appreciated it after the trying day dealing with insurance and my car issue. Can't say thank you enough.

Made an appointment for 10am to have a car picked up because mine is getting repaired. The place is a ghost town but when I walk in to pick up the car they say they need an hour to get a car ready. What is the purpose of making an appointment for pick up at 10am? The car should be ready when a customer arrives. This place is unprofessional and shows no care for their clients. Have to get in to work late because of their lack of professionalism.

They always have something that I can use when I need a rental. The staff is friendly and courteous. TJ is awesome and explains everything perfectly.

If I could give this place a negative star I would. The company lacks professionalism and customer service skills. I accidentally booked at this place thinking it was the Pensacola airport. I got to the airport desk after my flight had arrived late and they said that it wasn’t the location. It was actually located offsite 30 minutes away. They were unwilling to change the pickup location and claimed that they were sold out. Thankfully our niece flew back with us and was driving home to Alabama and was willing to give us a ride to the location. When we walked into the branch the person working here ignored us for nearly 10 minutes. He finally asked how he could assist us. I told him that I was picking up a rental car and he looked it up and said that they tried to call me, but had a bad phone number for me. My flight was delayed and I was on a plane and was unable to call. They told me they’d have to work me back in. I asked if I could walk over next door and grab a quick bite to eat. He said it was fine and he would call me when the car was ready. I came back and waited nearly an hour to get my rental car. Tried to modify the drop off location to the airport and they would not allow me to. Had to get an Uber to take me back. Last time renting from enterprise. They don’t care about customer service.

I called yesterday to rent a car. Was given the make of the car and was given the time that they would pick me at 10 o'clock. I was standing outside in the heat awaiting them at 10. At 10:20 I was called and told they couldn't rent it because I don't have any bills with my address on them. Don't know why I wasn't told this in advance. Had to cancel an important appointment because of this. What is a person that gets all there bills online and no paper copies to do. Don't have any problems with other places accepting my debit card.

I was treated with great respect by Jim Clark at the Nine Mile location in Pensacola. He went out of his way to see that renting from Enterprise Rent-A-Car was the best.

One of the most pleasant experiences I've had renting a car! I always forget that you have to have a credit card in your name to pick up a car from Enterprise but when we got there TJ worked with us to figure out what ID we needed to provide to be able to rent the car. On top of that, even though we were early for our pick-up time, TJ was efficient and professional through the whole experience and even got us out of there early. So thankful for such great customer service at this branch!

Do not rent from this place. Wasn't able to rent a car for almost a whole week due to all their cars being in use. After being told two times I could come in that day and get a car. After being lied to they were unable to accommodate to my needs.

Needed to rent a car because my truck got rear ended on the way to our new house in Pensacola and my wife had to go out of town for a few days and I needed a car to get around for errands. Reserved a SUV but due to the recent hurricane, public service needed SUVs to haul stuff so Enterprise offered me a BMW which costs more but at the same price and after I turned the BMW in I showed the manager that the seatbelt cover needed to be replaced and he immediately discounted my bill by a nice sum to make me happy which it did and was not expecting and I thought what great customer service to make sure I was happy with my rental. I chalk it up to the really nice people who live in Pensacola!

I'm very happy with the service we received from Jim. We had some confusion with the insurance agency who was managing our auto accident claim, but by stopping into the building and working with Jim directly, we got everything squared away. Service was Professional and Courteous. We will be back next time we need a vehicle.
