Terrible experience. I had a fairly small project and went to them for assistance. They lost the information I gave them, didn't return phone calls or emails, and generally had zero interest in helping me. Whenever I could get them on the phone, I was repeatedly told that the one person who could help was off doing big projects. I get it....my project wasn't the highest dollar amount for them. After several weeks, I eventually emailed asking, "are you all even interested in doing this for me?" They never responded. I will never go back. When they call themselves "Elite", they must mean only for elite customers.
