Marcus Duncan... our actions are a direct reflection of our character, and our character is displayed in everything we do in our lives, for all to see. As humans we strive to be viewed as the best and it hurts when others' opinions don't align with our own. However, a distasteful response to an undesired decision (last night) speaks truly of your character which also reflects on your team. I have no doubt those faults follow you and will cause more harm than good. I truly wish you the best of luck in all your ventures.

This company deserves every 5 ? it receives. I dropped my car off at the beginning of my shift and got it back by the end . Running like a champ.

The owner of East Hill Automotive *took the time* to hear my problems with my truck. Additionally, he was able to drop me of at my house as a result of not having transportation home. Was very very happy that the owner took the time to express care and concern not only for the car problems but also accommodating the customer transportation issues. Definitely a very well rounded shop. I would not use another mechanic and highly recommend this shop.

My Starter went out on my Honda CRV on a Monday. Performed a Google search on local automotive repair shops. Except for 2 unfavorable reviews, Eat Hill Automotive had great reviews.
It was based on those numerous positive reviews and the fact that they were located fairly close to my place, that I decided to go with them for the Starter replacement.
Very, very pleased with their work! Manager said it would be ready the next day, and before 12pm the next day it was ready.
I highly recommend East Hill Automotive!! ??????

Got our compressor fixed at the place within the day. Cheaper than the estimate got at PepBoys. The guy also told me the one we currently had and blew up were a cheap one. Recommend!

I would not recommend anybody to go here. They do not honor appointments (I thought I may have been a one off case but after reading some other reviews I see it is a theme) and there was an astounding lack of communication. I didn't even end up having my car serviced. After calling a few days in advance, ensuring I had rides to and from the service, and taking the morning off of work to drop off my car at the time that the person on the phone specifically had scheduled me, I received zero updates on my car throughout the day except for when I called to ask two times. Come to find out, ~2 hours before they closed for the weekend and ~7 hours after I had dropped the car off (at the SCHEDULED time) that my car couldn't be serviced that day - when I needed it ahead of the weekend. Couldn't have been told hours before so I could find an alternate plan? No explanation given either.

This is the no non-sense mechanic shop in Pensacola, look no further. I have brought a couple different vehicles here including a Business work van with all with several different issues and East Hill diagnosistics and repairs are timely and accurate. Been a customer now for a couple of years, never any issues.
