I’ve been reaching out to ez cars about a vehicle that I purchased from you all. The vehicle stopped working 4 days after I purchased it. I’ve called and talked to an employee there about this urgent situation and she informed me that she would reach back out to me for further solutions and assistance. She did not. So I purchased the vehicle on April, 13, 2024. It broke down and stopped working on April, 17, 2024. I reported the issue immediately to the dealership. Today is April, 28, 2024. My car is still broke down and I have yet to come up with a solution with this dealership. I’ve called multiple time and haven’t received an answer. This situation has caused tremendous hardship and can y’all please contact me so we can come up with a solution about this vehicle. The vehicle is a 2004 Acura tl.

I have never been screwed over by anyone as bad as jr and Jamie have done me. I got a quote on a van dodge grand caravan to be exact and that quote was 900$ down . Because of how bad I needed the vehicle jr launched the price to two thousand dollars down for the said van it’s honestly stupid I will never come here again

This is Brandon Austin. I am responding to juniors comments. Before I explain the truth in its entirety about how things transpired I’m crediting Junior for some facts he stated. Yes, I am s repeat customer. I bought one other car from him 8 years ago. I had no problems except general maintenance in which I paid for and never had a single problem with him. He was actually very forgiving when I was a couple days late on payments and he told me not to worry about last payment and gave me title. That is why I came back.
Having said that. When I bought the car in the winter time it wasn’t overheating. In the warmer days I took it to him and explained it wasn’t in the red but running hotter. He refered to his mechanic, Henry who told me to bring it back in two weeks because that’s as soon as he could get to it. So I did and he said the same thing again. And again. Finally when he did get to it. I told him I think it is cracked head because there was oil in radiator and in the radiator overflow. Also there was what appeared to be clay in the radiator. He said that someone put to kinds of antifreeze it and that was what caused it. It overheated thirty minutes after me leaving mechanic. That’s just the overheating problem. He is lying when he said I complained about overheating when I saw bmw. The reason I even looked st the bmw was because junior said bring the Grand Prix back and he would put me in something else. It was the bmw or a chevy caliber. Those were my only choices. Now let’s talk about the real issues. I told him on the third day that the transmission was slipping and he did tell me to take it to a transmission shop. What he failed to say was that he never offered to to pay to have it fixed. He said it was “maintenance” and that I couldn’t afford “maintenance” on Grand Prix that I couldn’t on bmw. Which now wouldn’t start anyway. The ignition was loose and you had to wiggle it around, sometimes for ten minutes to get it to start. The sunroof leaked even after I flushed it like he asked ME to do. The A.C. Stopped working one week after purchase which the mechanic said that they only recharge the Freon one time per customer after that your on your own. In Juniors behalf he did say he would fix my A.C. Which he didn’t. Also the sway arm was broken and the control arm was bent as well as the brackets that hold it in the frame. Which his mechanic told me to bring back in two weeks again and again. I found out about sway arm and control arm from a mechanic when I had to replace one of the tires. I put paid $609 in repairs myself because it was easier and I’m a busy person. I also had to get a rent a car for 11 days collectively because I had to go to work and it wouldn’t start. And lastly. No matter how many people that do reviews on him the count and stars say the same, hmm? That is the truth. Which I’m sure he won’t let this get out. And one last thing. The first day I went back and saw him a guy was yelling and complaining and the last time u saw him s week ago a guy was trailing and complaining and threatening to call police for selling him s lemon also. I thought I lost these photos. I just recently found them in the phone I owned at the time of incident and I’m so glad I did. As you recall Juan our said I was lying about it over heating and demanding refund because car had blown head gasket. He told me to bring it in to fix and then kept the car and $2000 of my money. I left my sunglasses in the console which r denied for two days because his secretary stole them and he didn’t know. So on the third day of him taking the car I go to get my sunglasses and surprise! My car is right up front getting a new head gasket put in. I walk up behind his mechanic and said What are you getting into today” his response was @damn head gasket again”. Then he turn around and saw it was me and told me to get off property. I had already taken photos and I wasn’t leaving without sunglasses. Still can’t identify problem at hand Junior. I beg you to go to his shop and compare for yourself
