Poor care. The vet stood at the door- never examined my pet- they never took vitals- just ordered meds from talking. What kind of a place does not examine a pet?

We love the Doc and his staff who have treated us well throughout the care of all our beloved pets. From the cat tail degloving incident of 2018 when I ran, in full panic mode threw their doors at 4:55, where I was met with calm understanding and reassurance. To the death of a much, much loved cat, they have been there for us with amazing care. We started our pet family with Doc and we will continue to be loyal patients. They are accommodating in emergencies, appointments for non emergency visits are easy to get scheduled, the wait to see the doc is rarely if ever no more than 5 min.The doc and staff are really great at hearing out my concerns and addressing them in a clear and easy to understand manner.Should you use them? Most definitely!

This is a very good vet. I've taken several dogs and cats here over the past few years. In April 2021 I had to euthanize my much loved 16 1/2 year old Pekingese, and they were so awesome, considerate and understanding. They gave me plenty of time and privacy with my dog.

Took my dog Nico (large floppy ears) to get a tear in his ear tended to. Their bandage fix didn't hold nor work, and 30 minutes after he left Brentwood, Nico had to be rushed to a real Vet to get proper care. I did try to call Brentwood to remedy the situation, but they were closed and he was losing lots of blood from his ear. The next morning, I called Amanda and she said the Doctor said they did the work (Clean and bandage) and there will be no refund for their lack of care. I only took Nico to this bo-rickity establishment because I had an emergency and they could see him right away. No apology from the doctor nor Amanda (who was just repeating orders from the doc) when I called to let them know about their misdiagnosis/mistreatment. We took Nico to Veterinary Emergency Referral Center on Davis Hwy instead and miraculously he has no bandages and received a suture on his wound, like his wound called for. His ear is not bleeding the suture is holding. Floppy eared dogs don't need to come to Brentwood. This was where Brentwood's negligence was. RUN RUN RUN!! Find another vet !! This is Rafael Lopez so you know who said it.

I'm so grateful that I found the Brentwood Animal Hosp this morning! I Was passing through while on the road back to my home state when my Pomeranian woke up limping. They were able to get us in right away! The doctor was very informative and helpful to take care of my pup while away from home. The staff ladies were all really nice as well. I googled them and I'm glad I did! Thank you for helping my Lil Bear

Clean and comforting. The vet was a very nice man and their exam fee is very reasonable. By appointment only but they work quickly. My girl needed an X-ray and we were in and out in less than an hour. Good service. Good vet. Nice place.

Dr Burnett and his staff are the perfect example of excellence in pet care. We have used Dr. Burnett as our primary pet care provider for over 15 years and have always received the best care under all circumstances for our pets.

This has been a family mainstay for my pets since I wasn't old enough to see over the reception counter. When I was young, Dr. Flowers was always the person to see. He was caring, gentle, and he was extremely well versed in his dignostic craft. I don't know if he still works here, but if they have someone n of his caliber of character, then this is still the best Vet in Pensacola. Pros: The services here are clean, efficient and responsive. The facility is smallish, but effectively designed for the business needs, and fosters a feeling of hominess. The staff engages with kids and their beloved pets in a family sort of way. Cons: There is only one. :-)
