I'm a CSL plasma platinum member and as a Olympic trained athlete as a young man, I always consider actions as a win win for all parties involved, so I can purchase a small list of items that are cash only and receive cash back to pay bills without a electronic payment fee. As a frugal consumer I research then buy what is usable and lasting. This is win win win as it shows my efforts to buy USAade goods that last and do my part I'm keeping things usable out of the dump

I had lost my phone while in the store. I spoke to the manager about it and all she had said was “No one turned in a phone.” I am underage, 17 years old. She made no move to help or stop putting up the stuff she had. After she said no, that was the end of the conversation. I never leave reviews, but I’ve also not ran into someone so inconsiderate. I didn’t want to play the “I’m just a kid” card, however, I am just a kid who lost their phone. For her to not even attempt to help is why she’s just the manager at a Dollar General. She has no clue as to why I needed my phone, perhaps I needed to call a ride. But now she will never know because she didn’t ask.

I usually prefer this DG bc of its location next to the deli I love & close to Baileys farmers market which I frequent. It usually has the little candles I love stocked, dish soap, paper towers, cat litter etc., little things I always run out of that I can pick up here. The only down side is no bicycle parking if your riding your bicycle. Ugh. Lock to the pole & be quick! Recommend.

Tammy refused to sell me underwear I found. This is the same lady that refused to file an accident report when a 5ld weight fell on my foot because the cashier placed it under a bag full of cat food. She was loud and rude about it for no reason. Claims she is the manager and makes the calls. Awful.

Ms. Adrian is wonderful with her customer service, super helpful, always in a good mood, and you will always leave with a smile on your face. I hate shopping, but she makes it enjoyable. She needs a raise

Rushed up here to get something for late, last minute dinner and this is the 2nd time the doors are already locked before 10pm smh I've wrote an entire Google review and it still is not 10pm

This store has had it's "systems" down for over a week. They are only letting two customers in at a time. And even though the refrigerators are not running they still have products in them. When it was cold they had elderly people outside waiting to get in. The company needs to fix this asap.

It doesn't deserve one star but I had to submit it to leave a review. I was there on 7/24/2021 at 5 pm and will say the customer service is not where it needs to be. To the one cashier (a gentleman) ringing up guest after guest with no help kudus. I assume one cashier was going on break but the older woman with black hair just stood there and pretended to check on the shopping carts, doing absolutely nothing. As a woman of color, and having six people of color just stand there and wait is absurd and a form of discrimination. I assume we weren't IMPORTANT ENOUGH for her to stop doing nothing to check us out. We can spend our money here but not receive great quality customer service. This was a huge disappointment as we should all be treated fairly and equally. We shouldn't have to keep saying it. Make changes examine your clerks to make sure each customer is treated fairly and equally.

Today is the second consecutive time I've been to the store and put down my merchandise and left, due to the line not being serviced. There seems to be some sort of problem with their card reader, and it has not improved in 3 weeks cuz that's the last time I was here. I don't mind waiting a few minutes, but I'm not waiting 15 minutes at a convenience store, especially when the reason I left last time has not been rectified. I'm not angry with them or anything, it's just hardening my opinion that they're incompetent.These comments are not a criticism or a complaint about the cashier on duty, the poor thing was doing the best she could. This is about letting whoever runs the place know that this type of thing is going on, if they care at all.

The store is large enough to accommodate the stock they carry without bteing overcrowded and spilling into the floor. The cashier was friendly.
