I was excited to know Digital Now could add grommets to my sign after ordering a sign online that came without them. After weather wear and tear, I came back simply to see if I could add more for more stability or if it would be a waste. I would have easily ordered a new sign from Digital Now if it was a waste.I was met by an employee I believe named Pam without even a greeting of hello. She immediately put her hands up and said "We are just going to end this here. You didn't buy the sign from us, and you keep coming back. We have been doing this as a courtesy, but Im ending this."I was so embarrassed and it was hurtful because I had not been spoken to this rudely and unkindly in a long time.After expressing my feelings in regards to her aggression towards me, she did apologize. I expressed that I wasn't complaining and would pay, yet the damage was already done.I even asked how I could order a new sign with them before leaving and told her I would . Yet, when I went hone to reflect I realized that I deserve good service just like anyone else.Im hopeful that if you choose to work with this company that you are treated better than I was.

Took forever to print stickers which came out with horrible quality. Explanation was file is not good. Printed them just fine at Office Depot and way cheaper. Asked for refund and they expressed a doubt that the pixelated stickers that they gave me were used so in order for them to refund me they ask to buy them back and pay for each sticker returned. Sure enough I haven’t used something that is not usable but that customer approach is just nasty!

Couldn't be more impressed with the overall service and quality I received from digital now! Went in and spoke with Marshall about a banner and some vehicle magnets I needed to get in a rush and not only did he deliver ahead of schedule but pricing was extremely reasonable. Very happy with the final product and will be using these guys for all of our future business needs.

Over Priced.... They charge set up fees for work that is already set up and twice as much as their competition. Glad I shopped around.
