Excellent service they treat you like family, from the owner to the receptionist. Great cars I bought a car a couple weeks ago and is a 2018 and it looks like a 2024 in the great condition it is.

(UPDATE)
After getting vehicle I found out that I was lied to
Was told they would fix the issue that the jeep grand Cherokee had when I got it
I left vehicle with them for 3 days
I was told they fixed a motor mount which was a lie
I called Detroit auto sales telling them nothing was fix an the same issue is still there
A very I dint care reply from sales guy was ( SORRY BUDDY )
Don’t take they word an use your own mechanic to over look vehicle
I’m so disappointed in Detroit auto sales now

I purchased a 2017 Ford explorer from them 2 weeks ago. We drove past the lot looking for that exact truck but it was after hours so we didn't think we could get it. Then we saw Grayson getting out of another vehicle.we asked him about the truck and he said we could take it for a spin. He was honest and upfront and said the AC was broken and that he would replace the blower motor before we drove it off the lot. We loved it and came back the next day at 9 am. In those 10 short hours he came in before they opened and replaced it plus changed the cabin air filter and put a scented one in there. Carroll was so nice and very welcoming. And our kids loved their dog Cooper. A few days after my vehicle was purchased my vehicle started making a noise that was concerning. Normally I would have been upset trying to figure it out but I remember Grayson told me let me know if anything doesn't work for the AC and he will get it done. I called him and told him about it and he sent me to a shop to get it fixed. I'm thinking about all the money it's going to cost me and then then the mechanic said Grayson covered it. I have never had that kind of experience before where a used car dealership backed their vehicle so much. They went above and beyond and far exceeded my expectations and I would love to give them more stars but 5 is all that is allowed. I will definitely be back Carroll and Cooper were so sweet and Grayson is a man of his word even when it costs him. He is upright and upfront with his vehicles and he backs up his products.

They are absolutely amazing people to buy from their very honest People Greyson has kept his word on fixing Things that were wrong with my SUV and Cadillac I miss Carroll makes you feel just like family. I bought three vehicles total from them and would absolutely do it again.

Seemed like a nice family-owned business so I thought to give them a try. I thought I was getting a good deal. I was told that the car is in good condition. I took it for a test drive and heard a wobbling noise from the tire and an error for the drive assist kept flashing on the dashboard. The horn didn’t work. Check engine light came on. Needless to say, like the other low ratings/complaints on here are saying, the salesman was not honest. He also asked if I could leave a review on my experience so here it is.

I don’t leave reviews that often but I will speak the truth when I need to. Bought a truck from Grayson and had a problem with it that was a common recall for the truck which we were both unaware of. Grayson went out of his way to pick up my truck and take care of me even though it wasn’t his fault. Can say if you have any doubts about this dealership void them because he's a good salesperson but he’s an even more honest and great man.

These are the best people you can buy a car from in Pensacola. Grayson is very kind and very honest, he told me upfront that the car i was interested in had a minor issue and offered to fix it before I drove off the lot. I purchased it, he fixed it, and it has been running perfectly fine ever since. I would recommend Detroit Auto to anyone looking for a good priced vehicle.
