Took it in because I had an oil sensor light and it was bad so then they replace a spark plugs timing chain and oil pump 2700, Good to go 5 days later at an oil sensor light come on took it back to them said it had watering cylinder one and two $6,000 later I can have a brand new engine
Dean no longer works on the cars he just has other people do it and they're not as good as Dean

I am so happy to have found Dennis Auto Repair. After my vehicle was sitting for 3 months at the old mechanic I brought it to Dennis Auto Repair.
I immediately knew I would be treated right after talking to John.
He just followed up with me and let me know the status on my car. I know this sounds like a simple task but when I had my car with the other mechanic I had to be the one following up even after a month went by.
Great mechanic and just a great honest mechanic

I recently moved to Pensacola and was having some problems with my car so I did my research and decided to try Dennis Auto Repair. When I dropped my car off they gave me a ride home and when my car was ready they came to my house and took me back to the shop. John was very thorough in explaining to me what was wrong with my car and what needed to be done. I felt completely taken care of from start to finish. Outstanding. ?? Unprecedented.
I do a lot of my own car repairs, but use a repair shop for bigger jobs.
I had a shop I’ve used for 20 years, but lately…price, workmanship (fix one thing…but mess-up something else), and turn-time (7-14 days!) have gotten questionable.
Faced with a job I didn’t want to tackle, I did the dreaded “Review Search.” I look at overall score…but what I look in detail is how many NEGATIVE reviews a company has, and WHEN they were getting bad…or good…reviews.
Called three candidate shops. Dennis Auto had the most positive, and fewest negatives reviews. So, they got the job.
Wow. I am impressed!
They had the lowest price. It would have been done same-day, except the wrong part was delivered. Unlike any other independent shop I’ve ever seen, it has ALL of the following: it is neat, clean, organized, and the staff are friendly and personable. Four stalls, and I think a mechanic in each one. Military discount, too.
And what I was TOTALLY unprepared for: a free shuttle service. ? Took me to my home while they worked on it, and picked me up when the work was done.
NEVER had that, anywhere, not even from a dealer.
I’m sold. WELL above and beyond. Highest recommendation….thank you!! ???
