Favorite pharmacy! I recently moved but still travel and pass other cvs stores up just to pick my meds up from here. Ryan is awesome! He knows my family by name before we tell him lol.

I've officially changed my CVS stores & now I think I'm regretting even staying with this company. I sure hope someone up in corporate is reading these poor reviews. Replace ALL your pharmacy personal on Davis Hwy in Pensacola!!!!!!

My favorite CVS! The store staff are always welcoming and helpful as soon as you enter the store. And of course the head pharmacist and her staff are the best in town! They are patient and professional, I couldn't ask for a better team. I must admit nobody's perfect ,but I believe they work hard to make sure you're taken care of before you leave.

Worst service ever dealing with this pharmacist location. Customer communication and attitude behavior training should be at the top of their list. I would change to another pharmacist in a heart-beat if my provider starts giving us the option.

Won't fill rx on time demanding diagnostic from Dr. Should be a hippa violation. They get a rx they should fill prescription.

I just had my tip of the iceberg moment that cause me to leave a review as its been a culmination of a few instances and even from other stores. Mostly that your system will text me telling me my prescription is ready and when i get there it isn't. I have talked to my Psychiatrist about how difficult it can be to pick up from any of the CVS's as I've had an issue at another store off Beverly Dr, except their pharmacist is just rude. All this to say that my Psychiatrist tried to "limit" having to go to CVS and let me pick up my 3 month supply all at once. Well today Ryan told me, "We saw the note from your doctor about you taking 1 a day, sometimes 2. That sounded suspicious to me and I couldnt approve to give you it all at once. So its only going to be 45 pills at a time." 1st off you dont know me and I've never had an issue trying to refill early or any issue with having the 3 month supply. So thanks for assuming I'm a pill popper i guess? Overall though fine but i hope yall figure out your text system! I am so tired of wasting gas to come see you guys and you tell me it isnt ready and when I've shown the other guy with dreads in there, my confirmation texts. He just has no explanation, other than, Sorry I guess you'll just have to come back.
If i didnt need the medicine, I swear I'd just give up getting it cause you guys make it difficult as hell.

I came last night to put money on my card and me not thinking to read the receipt it wasn’t even added on there and the guy looked at the receipt himself for like 2 minutes then handed to me red flag I know but I wouldn’t think something like this would have happened it says Dixie on the receipt but I don’t think that’s his name it was a white older man that looks like a manager I will be coming BACK up there to receive my money

Was followed all around the store by a Caucasian woman from the moment i walked in. Walked up to me at check out and when i asked what she was doing, she replied just checking on you. Nothing to the person right next to me. This is not the 1st time. Was put in touch with the store manger John Newborn who completely dismissed it stating she was doing her job!

These people in this pharmacy do not have customer service in mind. Besides one cool guy,they are rude, inconsiderate, and lazy,and will routinely lie about how long it will take to fill a prescription. There's a walgreens right across thr street. GoThe unhappy black girl with the headwrap told us it would take 2 hours to fill 1 prescription, then she did somebody else's in 30 minutes! Then she told us to go to walgreens! People pulled up in the drive through and she helped them immediately.That's just an example of the lack of professionalism and discrimination in that CVS.

I just left this CVS about 10 minutes ago. The man at the front counter ignored me to my face (made eye contact so I know he heard me and saw me) when I asked where I could find a pulseoximeter. I figured maybe he just wanted to finish his task, so I stood there for another minute and he refused to acknowledge me. Not even "I'll be with you in a minute" just silence.
