They never answer the phone anymore it just goes to voice mail that says it will call back in a few hours and no one ever does. I end up having to do to the store just to ask a question with is crazy to me.

I would have given -0- stars but that wasn’t available. At the drive thru I was picking up 2 prescriptions. The pharmacist said I couldn’t get both so I chose one. She said it would be 30 more minutes to get it ready. As I’m driving home they text that it’s ready 7 minutes later. After reading all the poor reviews, it appears they enjoy jerking all their customers around. Do yourself a favor and find another drugstore!

Very professional and helpful. They alway make sure they give me a heads up when my prescription is ready and when they find problems or need more time.

Apparently CVS no longer answers their phone unless it is an emergency, you have to leave a voicemail. They did not return my call. I went into the store to talk to someone and they no longer will provide service inside the store, the only way to talk to someone is to go through the drivethru. I will be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Left a message on 11/29/23, no return call. My husband called for me the next day still no call. I decided to stop by at almost 5:00 pm. The employee said he heard my voicemail and will have it ready for me in 45 minutes. Came back, the person at the cash register was not friendly told me my total. I did not expect to pay that amount she told me for I have always been picking up only one medication a visit for 3 years. I was given two more. I tried to explain to the cashier, how I was always receiving my prescription, she told me if I only want one it will be an hour wait. Lucky I had the money because my husband had my debit card.

Worse pharmacy ever!!! Acted as if they were transferring my prescription to another cvs pharmacy had to me drive over only for them to tell me they didn’t transfer it. A bunch of liars

Needed to get some passport photos for the wife and kids. The store manager helped us out. Fast service, very professional and great with the kids.

If I could give it negative stars, I would. So disrespectful and absolutely rude!
My grandmother has to go there for her medications, and she was trying to tell the pharmacist at the desk what medications had been removed while she was in the hospital, so they would remove them from their computer.
The pharmacist got angry at her, and removed EVERY medication for having future refills! My grandmother had to explain it to her, and tried to ask for the bags she was receiving that day back. The pharmacist got angry, and yelled at her before saying she'd have to reconfirm it in the system.
My grandmother sat down to wait for it to be reverified in the system, and the pharmacist and her friend started twerking and pretending to poke their finger into their rectums at my grandmother, before eventually giving her her medications.
And today, they charged her medications to the wrong insurance, causing us to pay $30. We called the location, only to have the same pharmacist say "So what? You can afford it." when we asked her to charge the other insurance she's had for over a month.
She gave us excuses, before the head pharmacist finally got on the line and sorted things out. Disgraceful!

Went to the store about 40 mins before they were supposed to close. I was attempting to get a prescription filled, the automated voice came on and eventually someone picked up it was a woman. I explained to her I was trying to have a prescription filled and that I didn’t mind waiting in the mean time. She lets me know that she wouldn’t be able to fill the prescription because it was late. I explained to her that I really needed the medication which was prenatal vitamins and kelfex. She never never came to the window. I asked her could I drop off the prescription and just have it transferred to the 24 hour pharmacy since I was already at their store. She tells me she wasn’t going to accept the prescription just to transfer it to another store. I said well I’ll get it filled her and just wait. She then says well going to require you to take the prescription to another store. I asked her why she tells me that she’s busy doing something else, meanwhile she has still not come to the window. I park and go inside the store, ask for a store manager explain the situation to him and he then tells me oh I think she’s sick so she’s gone for the day. I said sir I just came through the drive through and she never came to the window. I explain to him that I need the prescription or at the very least she could accept it then I could just have it transferred. He then tells me that he isn’t going to make her, the pharmacist accept the prescription because she’s sick. I told him that I’m there inside the store within a reasonable amount of time to just take it and I’ll pick it up at another store later on or come back. I ask for the district manager the store manager Anthony tells me he doesn’t have a district manager. That he doesn’t have a boss that is above him. I purchased an item to get the store information. Even still he was being rude! The only polite person was my cashier at the store.

The pharmacy won’t answer the phone for questions. Little Asian guy working there is rude when you go in. Worst customer service ever!

Very disappointed and sad to experience such unfriendly and unprofessional service from a very respectful company. I called to confirm medication status after I received delivery confirmation from fedex. Mrs T... who first tells me they have not received the meds and with an attitude tells me that they are not a receiving company with. After kept on hold for an extended period of time she hangs up. On the second phone call she does the same by keeping me on hold and rudely says those meds could have been picked up by homeless people if fedex left them by the door. Changing pharmacys!
