This store absolutely SUCKS! I only go to this location for my medications and I really wish I didn't have too. The staff is incompetent, rude and unprofessional!
Not only that, they don't seem to know what communication is. I placed a refill for one of my meds and they waited 10 days to call and let me know it wasn't in stock.
They are slow as well. I miss having a private pharmacist. I took the same amount of meds while I had a private pharmacist and Id have my meds in under an hour.
CVS does everything they can to avoid customer contact. They've even now have it where when you call you can't get a human, you have to leave a message and pray to get a call back!!
I loathe this company!

This is twice we have been to THIS CVS and dealt with Ivan….the very rude pharmacist. Last time he practically told my wife she was stupid for refilling the medication that her specialist recommended. Today, to prevent her from having to deal with the rudeness, I came in to get the refill. After being told it would be ready days ago, it wasn’t in the system. No worries. But, very rude. Just said nothing in the system and walked away. I got the name and went back up. He just said they would refil and I had to wait. Again, mistakes happen but whatever happened to customer service and/or caring? We go to CVS everywhere. But, this location is ridiculous….or maybe just pharmacist Ivan.

Came in for a prescription for my daughter, i got home and they only gave me a 3rd of what the prescription was. So I had to go back up there and tell them 2 days later because they were closed and couldn't do it so I had to go to another Cvs and buy the rest of the medicine. Then went back up to this one and they want to argue with me about what they gave me. I had to have an attitude for them to fix it. Very unprofessional.

This has been one of the most unsatisfactory customer service experiences that I have ever had in my entire life. The head pharmacist, Ira, is undeniably the most impolite individual that I have come across. I am contemplating transferring my prescription to a different location due to this unpleasant encounter. I have already reached out to the corporate office to express my concerns not only for myself, but for other customers as well. Ira showed utter disrespect by refusing to address any inquiries regarding my prescription. She declined to assist me, put me on hold for a lengthy period of 20 minutes, and did not return to the call. Suddenly, a different voice came on the line. She did not even have the decency to inform me that she was placing me on hold, which demonstrates her lack of respect and disdain for her job. I strongly advise you to consider finding another location for your needs. I would suggest that you go to Walgreens or perhaps another pharmacy. For the most part, the service at CVS Pharmacy Is hit or miss and you want consistent customer service Especially if you’re spending your Hard earned Money. I’ll be following with the Better Business Bureau. Go where you are appreciated.

This is the slowest CVS pharmacy ever! They are disrespectful and rude to customers ! The front end is ok , but the pharmacy is a nightmare ! There’s no sense of urgency or priority ! They don’t care about the customers and always short staffed ! What is going on over there !?! And they need to get rid of Emily the manager she’s a disgrace! If you can’t deal with the public get out of this profession ! Can someone please come here and straighten it up ?! Now ! Like yesterday! And they see nothing wrong with it at all ! The drive thru is rarely open ! And they’re inconsiderate , insensitive , and down right evil in that back pharmacy! And the manager is a big factor of all that she has set the tone for that atmosphere and that’s sad ! You’re already down sick and can’t go here to conveniently get your medicine and be met with or smile or talk to like a human being !

Prescription was called into the wrong pharmacy so had to drive alittle further. Experience was exceptional at the driverthru so this error from the ER was a blessing. I think I'll make this pharmacy my main one.Thank you so much for helping me today. Keep doing what your doing!!

The man there said I had to wait 3 hours to get my refills. When I challenge him he told me to, "just go to another CVS on your way." What??? I hung up and realized I must have been dealing with a devil type. I called back right away....I very nice, polite, professional lady spoked to me w integrity and calm. The lady told me she will have my order ready on 15 minutes....wow.... what os happening at that place??? I will get her name for the followup.

If I could put zero stars I would. They are the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. They will treat you like absolute trash over the phone AND in person when asking about a medication, they will tell you your prescription will be ready in 2 hours and then ends up being ready TEN hours later and then when you say something about it they get even more sarcastic and rude. It seems like NONE of these “pharmacists” have any respect for themselves much less anyone else. Everybody for your own good and for your own sanity, take your prescriptions and business elsewhere. It is NOT worth the headache that I PROMISE they will give you for trying to fill a simple medication. I don’t even know how these people passed the tests to become a pharmacist/pharm tech. I truly don’t. They are all sorry low down (barely) humans who need to take a course in kindness before deciding to work a job where you interact with customers all day.

Worst cvs in town, told me my perscriptions was gonna be ready at 3 different times, every time I went they pushed it back another 2 hours! Didn’t even get my prescriptions until they were 30 minutes from closing. Not to mention the absolutely terrible customer service. Hung up in my face two separate occasions when asking about my medication. Ghetto people work here and will stare at you for 5 minutes joking around with there co workers before someone helps you. Also weird how the pharmacist where’s her sunglasses inside? Wonder why. 0 stars.

2nd time I've received medication that was not reconstituted!
