I would just like to know if I’m the only one that has realized that every single person that works the drive-through at this location is extremely rude. Short. And gets visibly irritated if you even ask a question.

It was fine until this new pharmacist took over. Now I’m having trouble getting my prescriptions, and if they got them it takes her over 3 hours to fill. I used to be able to get them a hour after seeing my doctor. I’ve been using this pharmacy for 9 years, and I’m on 14 medications. She has to be reminded by a clerk to fill medication is Ridiculous. I’m wanting to find the original pharmacist who has waited on me before. I’ll move my medication to that pharmacy instead of using this one now.

Very judgmental pharmacist, I think I’ll stick to Megan at mobile hwy since she doesn’t judge based her n what you’re prescribed. The older male pharmacist here at 9 mile Will make it almost impossible for you to get your medication, if he doesn’t agree with what your doctor prescribes you. The way he made me feel like a drug attic and all the “hoops” he made me go through was horrible. Won’t be going back.

I waited an hour and a half on hold and no one got to me and then they just hung up on me! This is the craziest thing I’ve ever seen!
