They say the need prior approval for prescription given by Doctor via insurance. That is a lie I called insurance company and they informed me it was Caremark of CVS that wants to know why my Dr is ordering this medication! So they make it more difficult for Doctors who know what they are doing!!!!DISCUSTING Hippa should stop this, its none of their business!

The cashier was very helpful and she was so very respectful and so nice. I wish there were many more of this young lady that I ran into in the store the cashier.

The most unorganized CVS I have ever experienced. As I walked around while waiting for my expedited prescription I noticed filthy carpets from stains to trash on them. One aisle had a care, basket and box of things needing to be shelved. Another area had clothing with power drinks and other items in the corner and there were unboxed boxes and shelving laid on top of drink packages that were partially opened.
Then the pharmacy had one prescription ready and had to look through many baskets on both sides to finally ask and it was not even filled! Such confusion throughout the store. And my husband had to track down a worker to get a key to the restroom because she was in the office doing paperwork while another customer was frustrated at the self checkout. I picked it because it was closest to the RV park, but plan to drive elsewhere if ever in the area again.

I am appalled this store has a Pharmacy and is the messiest drug store I think I've ever been in. There are more empty shelves than stocked shelves. The floor was filthy. Disarray everywhere! My health insurance owns these stores and I am thinking seriously of changing the insurance. THAT is how shocked I am. YUCK!!! This is the second CVS I've been to (hwy 29) and I can't choose which one is worse!

terrible cvs. did a poster order and still they have not made it after 3 days and created the same poster at another cvs and they had it ready in a few hours.
