embodiment of incompetence. came in for vaccine and they didnt know if i needed one or multiple shots even though only one was needed. made me fill out forms and wait in the waiting room for the shot only for them to tell me a free shot wasnt even available to me. not only that but after they told me i couldnt get the shot they didnt give my driver license back or even call me to say they had it. wasted a whole day and had to still come back to the store and when i did return for it they didnt even recognize that they had mine. wouldnt recommend.

Worst customer service from a pharmacy that I've ever seen. Everyone in the front is pleasant but when you call and wait for 20 minutes for someone to pickup the phone in this Biden economy, I know that's a lot to ask for. Thankfully some rude gentleman answered the phone to let me know that his computer can see my prescriptions but for some reason the front computers can't let them know... why wouldn't Karen let me know that they won't work instead of telling me my prescription isn't available. Do your job. I know who these CVS pharmacy technicians voted for! It's clear as where they live in East hill lmao.

The pharmacy staff are excellent, especially Reid. Never before have I had a more helpful pharmacist who genuinely cares and will fight for you if there are issues with your prescribing provider or insurance company. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, everything you want from someone providing you with something as important as prescription medication.
