I've always liked the Tom thumb gas stations. I don't think I've ever been to a bad one. And every one that I've been to has had good personable employees. I also like that they stay open.

I really try to never stop at Cumberland I've always had an extremely bad experience with them. Every time I come in the store, they don't have things every time I come in the store. There's a mess every time I come in the store. There's a manager present, and they're snarking off to something or someone. Ah, just all around a bad experience. I mean for a convenience store.It's not very convenient

Cumberland on airport at 3:40 am and pay for 15 of gas go to the pump and can't get gas . Go inside store and tell the attendant and she was no help.
Paid for gas and didn't get it.

I and my staff used to frequent this location often mainly because of, what use to be. a very hospitable and quality service experience.
Now and for the last 3-4 months of trying them out… the staff and service is horrible. They’ve polished the new sign and look of the store but the service stinks! No greetings gor customers. The cashiers act as though they are doing you a favor to serve them. When products are rung up they hardly even speak…not even to say the total of your purchase. On a couple of occasions I’ve had to ask for a bag to carry my items out. And certainly very few well wishes on your exit. I had to leave this review because for the money that my company alone spends there or use too anyway… someone of higher authority needs to know!

Managers are rude! They can't keep any decent employees because of how they are treated. One employee is autistic and I saw them getting bullying by managers. Just disgusting!!!

How do you advertise being open 24/hrs but when someone comes inside to use the restroom you tell them it’s closed until 3:04 AM? As a housekeeper, I don’t mind waiting for a bathroom to be cleaned, but it’s clear the staff on-hand wanted to smoke outside rather than help customers.
