The NFCU branch was busy, but they let us know the expected wait time. Then Jonathon met us and explained the checking account - with tips on how to best use the account for our situation. Then he helped us get the smartphone app downloaded and set up. That was really helpful! Then we got the a credit card with correct rewards features that we wanted. Great credit union service! Even when we went to deposit our money at the front, the teller, was very friendly too and nice to talk to. Wow, we should have joined NFCU a long time ago. This experience was better than our USAA Bank and PenFed CU service of the last 30+ years - all three are in the banking industry, but NFCU seems to get that when they contact you, that they are in the people business doing banking. That, in itself, deserves a negative 5! I certainly hope they quickly do another one. Forcing the new cards on everyone only added insult to injury! I won't give a lower rating to the branch, only because they are great and have no control over the branding. I can only assume it was designed by a color blind person with absolutely no artistic sense or style!”

This is also the best place to go to the ATM in Pensacola as there are always Police Officers sitting in their cars and/or standing around by the front doors and ATM's. So it's a madhouse to get cash here. There is always a line for the ATM's & drive-thru & not much parking. We constantly have to make the block to get a parking space. We like the Police officers Presence just need a bigger parking lot. Will Return, after we make the block again...”

The only issue I have ever had was not being able to reactivate my debit card on a weekend when it gets suspended for potential fraud activity. Had to wait til Monday. Not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things. Excellent loan rates!!”
