The hotel looks new and updated. There was a few pieces of small hair in the sink and shower.Breakfast is not included like other Marriott's locations.Staffs are nice.

DON'T EVER STAY HERE!!! MY SISTER WAS LOCKED OUT OF HER SUITE. WE WERE TOLD THAT SHE'LL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL 7AM TO HAVE MAINTENANCE COULD OPEN THE DOOR. ON TOP OF THAT MY SISTER WAS GETTING MARRIED THE NEXT DAY AND NEEDED TO BE IN HER ROOM BECAUSE HER HAIRSTYLIST WOULD BE IN HER ROOM AT 5:30. THEY SHOULD ABSOLUTELY NO EMPATHY. WE WERE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEN THE FRONT DESK WENT UPSTAIRS TO MY SISTER'S ROOM AND CAME BACK DOWN AND SAID THE ROOM FOR WAS CRACKED OPEN THE ENTIRE TIME. WHICH WAS A LIE. HOW DISGUSTING TO HAVE SOMEONE LIE IN YOUR FACE WITH A STRAIGHT FACE. FOR SOMEONE TO DO THAT YOU'RE INHUMANE. WHEN I SAY I'LL NEVER STAY HERE EVEN IF I HAD NOWHERE TO STAY I'LL RATHER STAY ON THE STREET.

Love the room, Eshonda Lynn at the front desk was awesome and most helpful. They also take AARP cards.Rooms: Really nice room with great walk in shower.

For several reasons I will not be booking this particular Courtyard by Marriot in the future:1. Maintenance- The bathroom shower ceilings were peeling off- The left bedside light did not work- The light to the coffee machine compartment would not turn off once the compartment door was closed. I had to angle the door a certain way in order for the light to remain off2. Breakfast- Although offered on their website, there is not a dependable breakfast service available. There is no breakfast buffet available, only a restaurant within the hotel that offers a limited menu. We booked the, "Stay with Breakfast," rate and during our three night stay, only once was the bistro open for breakfast. Two of the three nights they only offered coffee, while we had to seek other options for breakfast. Mind you, we were on a limited schedule due to the obligations we had in Pensacola during that timeframe. The reasons given for the lack of breakfast were that personnel called out and they were short-staffed otherwise3. Customer Service- The first night we arrived, the front desk insisted we must've booked through a third party since they couldn't see our reservation. We did not. Then we mentioned we had booked the, "Stay with Breakfast," rate and they again insisted we did not. After again showing them our reservation with the rate explicitly mentioned they agreed to honor it. However, instead of providing us with cards that would grant us complimentary breakfast as our booking stated, they insisted the breakfast rate was only good for $10 off. Even so, instead of giving us enough cards for each night of our stay we were given one $10 off card each for the entire three night stay. Hours later, after the front desk insisted they were 99% sure that was the correct compensation for the breakfast rate, they called our room and admitted that we were right to begin with- The next morning was day one of two when there was no breakfast available. We spoke to the front desk about being refunded for the breakfast rate and they were reluctant to do anything referring us to their manager. Sometime after lunch, we came back to the hotel and spoke to the manager, Josh. From the beginning of our conversation it was obvious he was well aware of the lack of dependability regarding breakfast and this likely hadn't been his first conversation with someone about it. After he mentioned his issues with short staffing, we then began discussing compensation. He was reluctant to compensate us for breakfast and kept insisting the issue was out of his hands. After sometime and arguing, we were compensated for two nights stay- The final morning we again came downstairs to discover that no breakfast was available. We checked out that morning and sought out breakfast. After lunch, we made one final stop before heading home. However, it was at that time we finally received our receipt from checking out only to discover we had been charged for a full two nights even after having been compensated for two. We called the front desk and spoke with the Assistant Manager. From the beginning of our conversation she had an attitude. After explaining the outcome of our discussion with the manager from two days prior and getting no where, we were forced to drive back to the hotel. The only saving grace we had, was our letter from Josh from two days prior stating the two night compensation. Once she saw this, she granted us our compensationOverall, our stay at this location was nothing short of a stress-filled waste of both time and money. The incompetence and lack of efficiency is top-down at this establishment beginning with the management. Your best bet, if left with no other choice is to plan for sleeping at this location and nothing more. Ensure your budget is set to buy breakfast somewhere else. If nothing else, avoid the following:- DO NOT BOOK THE, "STAY WITH BREAKFAST RATE!"Management,Improve your lines of communication as we were told different things by different people and nobody seemed to have an understanding of the same i

Why are hotels not making up rooms on a daily basis? If I wanted to make my own bed and have to ask for towels I would have stayed at home and saved some $$$. When we checked in, at no point were we told that rooms only get made up if the stay is 3 nights or longer. Covid is over people!!!! Stop robbing your customers and bring back full service!!! There is NOTHING worse than coming back at the end of the day to an unmade bed and dirty towels on the floor. So, if a different person stays in a room each night, the room is cleaned, linens and towels are changed BUT if the room is reserved by the same people for multiple nights, they don’t get the same level of service? In fact it would be CHEAPER to service a room with the same occupants because all that needs to be done is a quick clean, bed made and towels changed, vs the turnaround mentioned above. So, perhaps in future, we’ll make separate reservations for each night to ensure that we have a clean room, a made up bed and clean towels ? Costing the hotel more than if they just did what they are supposed to do in the first place!!!The hotel industry is taking advantage of its customers by charging the same if not higher than pre-Covid prices BUT delivering a below par service!!!

Beautiful, quiet, clean room. Great A/C, free parking, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, large tv, yummy food at the Café 6am-10pm. Bed was a bit hard. Staff was great. We will definitely stay here again.

If I could give the service more stars I would ⭐️!We booked this hotel last minute and were welcomed with open arms by Armani. She was a breath of fresh air after traveling late at night. The rooms were big and beds were great.The Starbucks worker was just as amazing with our breakfast order. Thank you both for making our stay so wonderful.

Excellent first stay. I was planning a birthday surprise and the ladies at the front desk (Amira from overnight and one other. I completely forgot to get her name) were so helpful and shared my excitement. Everything went as hoped for because of their outstanding customer service. Thank you ladies.

Overpriced! Rooms aren’t cleaned properly, shower literally had black mold growing in the cracks, tv barely worked, our microwave wasn’t cleaned, I literally could go on. Location isn’t that bad, but literally if you go to the next exit there are better hotels. I’d suggest before you spend money here, check out the hotels on the next exit. Staff was very friendly, it’s just the rooms need to cleaned and maintained a little better.

07/26/23 stayed one night. Very nice hotel. Very clean updated shower. No free breakfast. You can purchase breakfast and buy Starbucks. I wish this hotel wasn’t so expensive. Seemed like a nice area and safe.Rooms: Nice 2 Queen Beds. Updated shower. Very clean.

Great hotel. Very happy with the service. Especially of a person working at the bar / food area named Nigeria. They were backed up a bit and she wasn’t stressed and made an impressive double shot. Also another couple that were waiting a bit longer she upgraded them to grandes. So smart. Impressive. Hard working, good communicators are so hard to find!
