“Derick in the print department at store #2169 was AMAZING. I wasn't sure how to go about printing my daughters custom birthday invitations (I'm not technically inclined) so I brought my whole laptop with me. Derick was incredibly patient with me, helping me the whole time and super informative....All while taking care of other customers as well (poor guy was by himself too!) He made it a GREAT and easy experience!”

“I accidentally ordered a print job (spiral bound training manual) online, and after I had paid, it stated that it was going to be delivered in one week. I needed it the next day. So I called the store and spoke with Hannah, who went above and beyond to figure out how to get the order to the local store so she could print it for me and I could pick it up the same night. Hannah went above and beyond with her customer service, which I truly appreciated!!!! When I arrived, the document did not have a back to it, and she took five minutes to add that for me with " it won't be a problem at all." Thanks Hannah!”
