“I don't shop for clothes often but my first stop has always been Bealls. Not only do they have a great selection for thick chicks like me, they seem to have clothes built for the Florida heat. Thin, gauzy tops and light weight bottoms and skirts.I've gotten some good under garments here as well. ?Staff are very friendly and got me checked out quickly!”

“I went to Buckle in Cordova Mall on Friday, March 29th, 2024 and wasn't really in the best mood, however I was desperately needing some new and nicer jeans. I was greeted by Jessie, and when I say that Jessie was incredible and amazing, that is an understatement. She was so incredibly helpful, bringing me different pants to try so that I didn't have to keep coming out to look. I was just in awe at how attentive she was. I really appreciated everything she did, so great!”

The store tends to be in differing stages of disarray, but in a charming kinda way. The knowledgeable staff are always happy to help, and if they can't, they'll find someone who can.”

“I'm not a regular Customer at Ross but there are two items that I have purchased there that I believe are great buys. Workout or leisure shoes. I've found a nice selection and at great prices. Secondly, I was in need of some workout shorts and found a nice selection, all at less than $12, with several pair less then $8.00. At these prices I'm encouraged to maybe try a couple of colors or options I wouldn't typically try.”

“Went in on 9/3 with the family to find attire for a funeral, Jada and Matt were extremely helpful in finding the sizes and fits we needed. It’s hard to find such good service these days, so this was such a wonderful experience for me and the family.”
“I placed an online order and my husband picked it up due to me having two babies under two. When I opened the bag it was not what I was ordered. I was extremely upset because I had to go out of town that same day and I needed the things I ordered specifically for this trip. I called the store and spoke with the manager Holly. She was extremely professional and went above and beyond to resolve this issue, she knew I had to go out of town that same day and knew I had two babies which made it hard for me to go into the store. She even offered offered to bring the bag right to my car so I didn’t have to get out with my kids. She even gave me her personal number to call when I got there to make the process go as smooth as possible. She is an excellent manager and really turned the situation around. You need more managers like Holly!!! I can’t tell you how much what Holly did for me really made all the difference! She is the reason I will continue to shop at old navy!”

I came into the store, spoke about the problems with my Zumiez Stash app, and I was treated like family from beginning, middle to the very end when I left the store. One note about outside of store: the awning on the outside facing the parking lot is in need of some attention. If this store wants to portray an image of quality and class then I'd suggest to replace (or at least pressure wash) the awning.”
