I have been with Central Credit union for over 27 years and I have never ever had a negative experience until this past month. I had plenty of money in account. I went to the window to cash a check and they refused to cash the check from a national bank even though I had almost double the funds in my own account to cover the check. First,they said it was because I was at the drive in window so I went inside and they still refused cash my check. The said I "might" take my own funds out and not cover the cashed check if it bounced. I was so upset. Really?? I have been here doing business for over 27 years. They did not trust me. Where was the LOYALTY?? I had to draw cash from my own account then deposit the check for a ten day hold. Bullcrap, they wasted my time. I am not getting the service I had before they became LOYALTY and they are not meeting their mission as stated to provide service exceeding my expectations or providing convenience. It was difficult to get my own money that day and I did not feel like member but an outsider. I had formerly had a wonderful perception of my credit union. I have business accounts and personal accounts at this credit union.

My health insurance premium comes out of my account each month. My insurance company changed administrator so I needed to stop the payment. I have been a member for years and I had to pay $30.00 to stop them from paying anymore payments. In other words I had to pay my credit union not to give my money to someone I did not authorize them to give it toJudi Brigan

I drove out from Destin because online it said they were open until 5 pm. Apparently not on Wednesday. This needs to get changed.I needed to get my debit card replaced and now have to drive back out tomorrow.

I have been a member for 5+ years and since then you have become worse than any bank with the outrageous fees that you have started charging. Our direct deposit checks show up in the arch and you would charge us $5 just to post it in our account 2 days early.So you are charging us to put our money in your bank.That was bad enough now you have jumped to charging a $30 fee for the same transaction.How is that helping your members?That is ridiculous to charge such a high amount for putting money in your bank!

Central Credit Union is the Best on the Panhandle! See Matt for fantastic service! They open at 8AM and stay open later on Fridays compared to others. Banked here for two years now and know that all associates are providing great service consistently. They are the best for shared branch transactions , allowing drive thru, and shared branching is never "down".

I have been a member of CCUFL since the mid-90's. I have seen them grow from just the branch on W st in Pensacola to multiple sites throughout town. I used to wish they had one in Pace, but then they added mobile deposits for checks and the immediate need past.They continue to make small steps forward and thus latest one is phenomenal!Just a quick word of praise for the new updated mobile app... especially the search feature! All I have to do is enter a portion of the payee that I'm searching for or a dollar amount and anything that matches is listed for me. No more endless scrolling through the history of each and every transaction... hoping to find what I'm after. Thank you for implementing a feature that I didn't even know i wanted. Great job!

I was traveling from out of state and had fraudulent charges on my debit card. Thanks to branch sharing, I was able to stop in the Spring St location to pull out money. However, if you are going to force your customers to wear a mask, you should make sure your employees are wearing them as well.
