Brought Volvo for power steering update. They did a full diagnostic for $500!
We drove from Ft Walton Beach to pick up (long drive). Found out the back up camera was not working. Happened with their update. Drove home without the car. They fixed it and delivered it days later...

Dealer wanted $3000 down payment to hold a car and was told it was refundable. Asked for it in writing and what we received said just the opposite, NON REFUNDABLE.We received credit card form to pay down payment and it said " I understand the return & refund policy and agree to abide by those terms". Problem was there were no terms listed. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

I had an appointment scheduled with the service department to repair a factory recall, on September 1st that I had to wait 3 weeks to get. They called me a few days before the appointment was due and rescheduled me for September the 19th. Instead of pushing me back a couple of days they moved me the the rear of the appointment queue. Wow thanks Pensacola Volvo, that will make the vehicle unusable for over 6 weeks. I’ll buy a Lexus next time!!!

I really like the team there. Their very professional. Although, I was inconvenienced and had to bring my car back several times before my issue was resolved I was not upset because they were friendly and kept me informed. The wait area is relaxing and accomadating. The facility is clean.

Terrible customer service! We own 2 newer Volvos, had a steering wheel module go out while on vacation in Destin, causing turn signals and wipers to no longer work. Had it diagnosed by a luxury shop in Destin but they couldn't finish the job because Volvo in Pensacola told them the part requires programming there. I called Volvo in Pensacola and they refused to help us out and get the car in that week for what I was told was around a 1 hour repair. I told the lady we were 12 hours from home and can't drive that far with no wipers or signals and she didn't care. Way to take care of loyal customers Volvo.

I went in for a check engine light and software upgrade for my Volvo. An hour and a half later I was told all was fixed and I paid the $300+ bill happily. Well, the engine light came on 5 minutes after leaving, they said we forgot to reset something, so I left again. Another 5 minutes down the road, the check engine light comes in again. I go back and wait 4 more hours, and was told no charge initially when I signed the form for them to re-diagnose my vehicle. Then after 4 hrs the service manager and the service attendant ask for an additional $100 to cover the diagnosis time. I asked why all of a sudden am I asked to pay additional and was given the option of paying it or never returning to their business. I chose not to be intimidated into paying and won’t be returning to this business. I’ve never seen this conduct anywhere else. Take heed

My ID card had fallen behind a sliding door on the console. The Volvo service team found and retrieved the card for no charge. It saved a lot of frustration and time not having to get the id replaced. Thank you.

Bought xc90 and have had excellent service on every visit. Good communication and service time. Had a flat after a service and they were great and saw us immediately and took care of our problem.
