I have called them numerous times, as I have a upcoming appointment, but have yet to get a response, and I am very uncomfortable with all of this, and I am probably going to cancel my procedure for August 3rd, as no one seems to care about me . There has to be better options

To wait 20 mins for someone to answer the phone in order to make an appointment is totally unprofessional!!!What is wrong with these people here? Oh wait, I know. They want to make sure you have to listen to their self promotion.

The staff members are wonderful to work with but the phone is terrible. You can never reach anyone when you call in and must leave a message.
