Alex was great to work with. He was not a pushy sales person but was very upfront about the fact that the van had been in an accident. He provided picture and a car&fax. We did our homework and decided to buy. He even delivered the car to us in Niceville and took our car as a trade in. I would do business again with CarDeal.

Love my car!! Very unhappy with this dealership. I have taken the car twice to have it fixed. Neither time did they fix it!!! I have lost 2 days of work. Spent 8 hours driving back and forth. With NO compensation and a car they still left unfixed! The whole time acting like I was an inconvenience!! There was NOTHING wrong with the money they received. What a joke BE WARNED!!!! 1st time I took it in it was leaking water. They just heated the seal and it still leaked. Took it back said the replaced it not!! Black sealant left all over my sunroof. . Loud rattle when starting said it was a loose heat shield. Mot fixed. FBS not fixed. Still has warning when it rains. Brakes they said that they replaced you can hear them like they are loose. Terrible place!!!!

This used car dealership left a negative impression after two visits because of 3 things:
1- Poor customer service: The desk attendant was unhelpful and displayed an arrogant attitude.
2-Lack of financial options: No financial assistance was offered (to me), making it difficult for buyers who can't afford to pay cash for vehicles priced up to $20,000.
3- Questionable vehicle history: Many cars reportedly have rebuilt titles, after read some reviews, which can significantly decrease their value and potentially indicate previous major damage.
I do not recommend this car dealer ! Be aware.

Phenomenal buying experience. I wish we came here to buy a car when we first moved to Pensacola. I recommend CarDeal over any other dealerships. The whole process took less than an hour and Ella was so helpful. The best part was that we told her our budget, wants, & needs and she found us the perfect car for our family. She never tried to push us towards another car that was out of budget like a lot of these used car salesmen do. If you see the car online then it’s likely at the location, and she really worked with us- can’t beat the warranty!

My daughter bought a car there a few weeks back, and 3 days later the battery went bad. Ella told us to bring it to their shop to get it fixed, we were in and out in 10 minutes with a new battery! Ella was very helpful, not pushy at all , and did disclose that the car had a rebuilt title!!! I went back last week and bought another car for my wife! Great people!!!

This was the nicest and easiest way I have ever bought a car from start to finish. Ella was so nice and trusting and honest.
