“Sometimes the PNS airport rental lines can be long since there is one ore two representatives for several car company brands. It is convenient to walk out and drive away. But at larger locations they canning you if you did not check your vehicle well, video tape everything. It seems, not inspecting the vehicle with you is a good way to get small things paid for. Luckily I had evidence to prove existing damage, but my vacation was ruined by worrying about an absorbent cost that I did not create.”

“We were super stressed to find out that all of Pensacola was out of rental cars. We'd rented a larger vehicle from New Orleans to Pensacola (to accommodate the whole family) and were hoping to rent a smaller economy vehicle for just two of us to head back to New Orleans earlier than everyone else. Keke was SO kind, professional, and brought our stress from a 10 to a 1 within a matter of seconds. It was clear with the customer in front of us as well as with us that she gives 100% to every interaction and makes everyone feel special. She helped us problem solve and gave us the best possible deal, saving us a ton of money and helping us to get a car (by re-renting the one we'd brought out at a lower rate) when none were available! I would recommend this location and especially Keke for all your Pensacola rental car needs! We'll be back to her for every family visit!”

“Book ahead or you will wait at the counter in the airport. If you booked ahead, exit the terminal and walk over to the parking garage. There is the Preferred desk. No display to show your name and pick-up bay and you need to check out n with the agent at that kiosk. He will verify the info / drivers license and hand out the key and off you are. Smaller airport, smaller rental car section but worked out just fine without any issues. 4 stars only, because the surrounding area was just looking like a dump, lots of overfilled trash cans, not appealing.”
“I've had pretty good luck with Budget so far. Got a nice upgrade for same price on our last vac. Had flight time change and had to move up car pickup time this vacation and was accommodated. Price always seems to be the best. Only cons are that I don't think they check the cars frequently enough. Had very low wiper fluid in the car this time and the light kept coming on. Trip before had a bunch of lights coming on in car saying safety systems not on. Trip before that had low tire pressure light come on and had to deal with that. These were in 3 different cities
I think they need to do a quick safety check in between customers to minimally make sure tires aren't low and fluids up to par. The attendant did pay attention when I told him very low wiper fluid and wrote it in big writing on the side window when we returned the car.”
