Our normal boarding place was fully booked so we needed another place to board that could administer Vetsulin injections for our dog who has diabetes. Cain’s Dog House came in clutch. Check-in was smooth since we completed the forms at home and brought them with us. Everyone seemed really nice and the price wasn’t bad either. We may have found our new go-to boarding facility.

I took my Golden to Cain’s for the first time recently. I had been looking for somewhere to do regular sanitary and grooming. They went above and beyond and Swinney looks and smells amazing! Definitely recommend if you’re looking, also they board!

We were referred to Cains by Pet Smart to groom our senior dog Sadie. They do a great job of grooming both of our pups. We used them for boarding recently when our regular boarding facility was full and couldn’t take our dogs. They were reliable and took good care of our dogs. When I emailed to check on them they responded right away and sent pictures of my pups. I recommend Cains for grooming and boarding.

They do a good job. The style of cut your dog gets depends on which person does it, but your dog will be clean, smell good, & have a hair cut.

I have been taking my dogs here for years...seen groomers come and go in that time...I took my 2 dogs in today and one got her ears and tail shaved down to the skin after I specifically told her ( Brittany) DO NOT SHAVE HER EARS OR TAIL!!! Then the next day (today) I had to take my other dog Walter to the vet with his eye oozing...the vet said he has a severe cut on his cornea...I am absolutely traumatized by this happening...I paid $140.00 at the groomers and $ 225.00 at the vet.

Mollie adored her time at Cain's. The ladies back in the boarding facility are awesome and took great care of her. She ate, played, got back scratches, and just had a great time. I am so thankful and appreciative. I now feel at peace when I have to travel. Thanks Cain's!!

Best Place Ever!! Some of the sweetest staff ever! Had to leave town unexpectedly but never had to kennel our dog before. Cain's to the rescue. I was able to submit all shot records and paperwork beforehand, so drop off was a breeze. They are also groomers, so abate was given before pick up. To top it all off, very reasonable prices. We will definitely use their services again. Also, you could tell our dog was very well taken care of and had a great time!!

I definitely feel safe about bringing my dog here, but the price was pretty steep. $120 for an expedited wash/ sanitary groom (face, feet, genitals) on a 45lb hypoallergenic. He looked very cute with the trim they did do and the wash seemed thorough, but they left a mat of hair on his chest we were hoping they would have taken care of.

Cain's was recommended to me for grooming by my accountant who takes her dogs there. They are sooooo sweet to my dog! When we get there, Zuzu is ecstatic and can't wait to get in the door (always a good sign). They have done a beautiful job grooming her and she just loves going there. They get pretty booked up, as does any place that's good, but when I have an emergency, they always seem to get me in.

Tobi got an amazing cut at Cains! We’ve struggled finding a groove that gives a good groom and doesn’t hurt his ears in the process. Cains did a great job and we will definitely be going back!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Today was our first time using this grooming service, and we were excited to get our little man trimmed up after reading the reviews! Too bad this place is the absolute WORST!! Our 10:30 am appointment for EARS, TAIL, & TOES (not even a bath) took over 5 hours today!! Not a call to inform us they were behind or anything. We saw our dog locked in a crate, still waiting to be groomed at 2:30 pm when we came to check on him. The woman at the front desk did not even apologize to us; she attempted to say that bigger dogs take more time, so they were behind. Our 15lb dog did not deserve to sit in a crate all day because this place does not know how to manage a schedule. Do NOT waste your time on this place, because it’s obvious that they do not care about yours.Picked him up after all that, SO GLAD they also got the cut wrong! We explicitly asked for his top coat & stomach not to be touched and his tummy is bare WITH CUTS ON IT.

I was very disappointed in Cain's Doghouse; I use to take my dogs before COVID and you all had about 4 groomers working. Now you have one and I dropped my dog off at 0945 and did not pick him up until 530pm. On top of that the young lady to whom I spoke to not only once but twice informed her how I wanted my dog groom, when I picked him up it was not done correctly. Her answer to this was can you bring him back on another day. Considering the amount, I am paying to have him groomed and that I told her twice and even provided a photo I do not believe I should have to come back again to fix it. I may never bring my dog back again or recommend you as I had once done.
