This place is a scam, they take your money don't provide any service. The manager never there when they call him he's so horrible why bother. This place needs to be shut down. It will definitely be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Horrible the way the cheat and treat people.

Horrible experience spent over $200 on phone and internet service nothing works was told it was cox fault for the internet cox said it’s boost. Spent 3hours to activate everything only for nothing to be activated horrible. When you try to call your calls are literally ignored they just continuously send you to voicemail. Give me my money back I will go elsewhere.

Boost on Davis is another "one of the worse choices I've ever made". The employee gave me wrong info & the wrong plan; scammed me into not using my BYOP (which I later found out was compatible) & she said come back before month ended to get plan I wanted.Employee got fired & Boost 800 service rep did not make it right & neither did the store!!!!Money spend on boost & phone I didn't need!!! I was trying to save money!! Only to learn a lesson that it's Not better to use a actual store (not this one anyway) for phone service!!!

This store had limited supply of phones in stock. The one employee was busy with a customer, but we got the idea she really had no idea what she was doing. Her apparent boyfriend or significant other was sitting at the side of the counter eating. Very unprofessional!

Avoid using this store as an Amazon hub. I waited for 3.5 hrs to pickup my package on 21 July during business hours and the store closed. No sign posted on the door and phone # goes to voicemail. It was the only day during my trip I was able to pickup my package before leaving the area. I made a purchase using a special promotional discount which Amazon says they are unable to transfer to a reorder of the same item. This store caused me to lose money and wasted my day spending over 6 hrs waiting on the store and Amazon CS. Advoid this location at all cost, use another location which is reliable and respects your time.Response: Thank you for your honest about your inability to staff the store during business hours. Myself and Amazon tried calling many times all day which only goes to voicemail. Respectfully if your not able to adhere here to your posted business hours please simply disenroll as a hub counter. Many travelers without local address use Hub counters. The pickup timing is critical, reliable pickup locations are essential. Stop serving Amazon and just sell phones please!

They were closed after I drove 45 mins to get here says they close at 8 it’s 7 and lights out.
