Paid my phone bill lady said it was activated sent me to my car to put a number in and my phone wouldn’t work I went right back to the door to get her to help because she took my money and she had locked door on me I banged on door to get my money back she acted like I wasn’t even there she STOLE my money

Scott will go above and beyond to fix a phone issue and give you the best price and plan available, he will give you the VIP treatment 100% of the time. If you have a question about Boost mobile he is the man to talk to he really knows his phones. Scott really likes his job you can tell by his impeccable customer service. I was extremely impressed!

Worst customer service I have ever recieved!! I took my daughter's phone to have it switched from another carrier to boost and it took 3 hours and the lady said she was waiting for my daughters update to be completed but didnt !! She reset it right in the middle of us updating it and deleted 5 years worth of memories from her phone as well as the other more experienced lady in the store used very foul language repeatedly in front of me and my daughter. The lady helping us was very inexperienced and the other was her sister that had apparently a little more experience but instead of helping the less experienced lady she decided to run in and out the store trying to flirt with a guy that had stopped in to see her. Then tried to send me away with a phone that wasnt activated becaise they were closing, and when i spoke up and said I didnt sit here for 2 and a half hours and already pay you to not have a phone that my daughter can use and is activated and the more experienced ladydecided the best respose was to say she "didnt have time for f%!#*ing disrespect." Then continued to use the F word frequently and tried to cancel everything they had done but couldn't and she cursed at yhe man on the phone and hung up on him. We Will Never return to that location again and am considering switch all 4 of my lines elsewhere after this complete disaster. This happened at the Pace Blvd location in the same strip mall as the seafood market on Monday April 19th I got there at 5 and left at 8 oclock with my daughter in tears because she lost everything off her phone. Ive done this before and never had my stuff permently deleted but that's what happened because she had no clue what she was doing and the other lady was of no help only concerned with this guy she kept running in and out the store to see. Something needs to be done neither of these women need to touch another phone or be in customer service especially representing any company they have no respect and thinking its ok to repeatedly use the F word in reguards to me in front of my daughter. There are camera's in this location and should be viewed by upper managment.
