Rates have doubled in the past 6 months for no reason, been with Allstate for many many years, no claims, no tickets, $2000 deductibles (which is stupid AF), 2 vehicles that barely hit 800 miles a month, I'm currently shopping around for a replacement insurance company.

What I like about Bluewater Insurance is when you call and have questions concerns about your policy they will call you back. They are concerned about your your problem. Thank you Bluewater for being a caring Insurance couple.

I had been with another carrier for many years and recently they bumped my premium from $142 a month to $228 without me having had a claim or any points whatsoever in the last 5 years. Susan was able to get me an Allstate policy with the same coverage for almost a $100 a month savings. She was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. So far I am very happy with Bluewater Insurance.

We recently purchased and auto policy from Bluewater Ins. in Pensacola/Allstate Ins. Our agent Susan was exceptional, efficient, and friendly our cost went down from our previous insurer. Hopefully they'll be as good in the event of having to file a claim, which nobody wants to do, but how it is handled tells the tail of integrity of a company.

We wish we had came to Allstate earlier Susan Thompson our representative is outstanding took care of all our issues glad to have her as our Agent, thank you, we needed a dual agency agent, and found it with Susan, as we also have properties in Alabama. Up until this year, I've never had an issue with Allstate or Bluewater. But back in December of 2019 this office lost a form. I got a new motorcycle policy (12 months) that December and paid it in full. In June I sold the motorcycle and expected a refund as there was 5 months left on the policy. Due to BLUEWATER losing my original form, instead of getting a refund for 5 months of unused policy, I now owed them money. After speaking with this office several times along with several supervisors at Allstate, corporate is filling a complaint against this office and I am as well. I was told 3 different times from June until now that the issue had been resolved only to find out they sent my "resolved" bill to a collections company.I sent tons of business to this office over the past several years as I worked in a dealership. That WILL NEVER happen again.

They where charging me double amount for my car insurance taking advantage of me during hard times, Was not even driving the car from March 17 till 4 days ago when I got a job. They were charging me over $5,000.00 a year on a policy that only pays 10,000.00. Trust is issue with this company. Live and leaner read everything before you sign it. Poor choice on my part to have insurance with them. I grateful I found cheaper insurance. Would not even give them one star.
