We were staying at the oak grove rv park on base and our havanese Marshall was in need of a groom. I called on Monday and they got us in on Thursday. They have four locations but we went to the one on Dog Track Road which is closest to the navy base. Candace the groomer did exactly as I asked and did not cut Marshall's ears or tail and not to short. Marshall looks and smells so much better now. This facility is veteran owned and they give a military discount which we appreciate and like the idea of supporting veterans. When we are back again next year we will definitely be back. Some of the reviews were not good but I recommend you give them a chance we did and we're not disappointed!! Thank you for your service!!

Took them 9 hours to bathe a 4 pound dog, pretty ridiculous & overpriced. Go to the salon down the road

Do NOT use this pet salon. They shaved my maltese so short you could see his pink skin. My pet had severe razor burns on his bottom. This is after a 15 minute conversation with Kayla, manager, who groomed my pet. Telling her EXACTLY how I wanted him groomed. NOT SHAVED, no pink skin, take only 1/2" (his hair was 2 1/2". She DID NOT listen and DID NOT care!!! After returning with pictures of my pet and how badly burned he was and that he needed to go to the vet. Kayla was RUDE, hostile and unapologetic. Never showed any compassion. Vet confirmed severe razor burn from the grooming and my pet had contracted a staff infection. Contacted the owner, Ken who paid for vet bill and reimbursed grooming fee. The refund could NEVER remedy the PAIN my poor pet endured and how AWFUL he looks. However, after returning for my refund and reimbursement of vet fee, Kayla and other staff were beyond rude, unprofessional, again showed ZERO compassion. They actually told me to leave and never come back. OMG! Really?? I texted owner what transpired when returning for reimbursement. He NEVER called or texted back. I wouldn't take a street rat to this place. IF YOU CARE about your pet, DO NOT take your beloved pet to this salon.

They did an amazing job on my 2 goldens, Harley and Quinn! Harley is a handful++ and they spent the entire day grooming her in phases to minimize her stress. Highly recommend this location for your grooming needs!!

Update: The owner reached out to apologize and extended a much appreciated refund. Gave an additional star and hope that this can be taken care of at the salon level should a similar situation arise in the future.

Extremely disappointed in the service we have received here. I took my puppy at the Blue Angel Grooming #2 for the first time and requested to get a certain cut which was not too short and they still trimmed him down and messed up his face and left a spot. Also, they only take cash or check Front staff was not very welcoming and just unprofessional Definitely would not recommend them and will not be coming back

We were looking for a pet salon in the local area and found Blue Angle pet salon on Dog track road. We had searched in gulfshores, orange beach and foley for someone to groom our two dogs, but were told they were not taking new customers or were months out on making appointments. We searched yelp and came across Blue Angle pet salon on dog track road and gave them a call. We received an appointment within two days. The service was excellent and the staff treated our animals with care and made our dogs look nifty. We will be back!

They have several locations. I wasn't super impressed with the customer service at one spot but appreciated the experience at the Michigan hwy location. They did exactly what I asked and my dog looked well groomed.

We are on the road and our dog was overdue for a nail clip. I wasn't getting anywhere with the "big box" stores. I found this place on google maps, and they were so nice and easy-going. They took us as a walk-in and the whole thing took about 3 minutes. We are in this area often, we will be back.
