Their prices aren’t any cheaper than Walmart lately and they raised the price of boneless skinless chicken breast $.70 /lb. overnight. I won’t be renewing my membership again.

Tried bjs for the first time today switching from sams club just to try it out, I won't be back. Compaired to sams Everything is overpriced, usually spend between 280-350 at sams, today at bjs I spent over $500 and ended up getting less groceries. Not to mention the fact that one employee acted like i was bothering her when i walked past her and the guy at the door checking receipts acted like we were stealing stuff. To add to this crappy shopping experience the gas pumps locked my debit card in the machine and the attended told me it was my fault because I didn't use tap to pay.

We were today at the Pensacola location and loved it. We needed some help and we encountered one of the managers named Anthony. He was extremely nice, professional and helpful. Great customer service. The girl at the checkout, Deja, was fast and nice too.

We’ve been members for 2 years. Often times I’ll buy something (usually the deli area) and get it home and it’s bad even though the expiration is weeks away. I’ve thrown out more than what I’ve returned because they are over 30 minutes away. Tonight I returned some sausage that my husband opened and he said was bad. I also tried getting credit for a price and coupon I didn’t get. The woman at the service desk was very rude .. when I asked her what she would do with bad food she said she wouldn’t bother with and throw it out. Asked for the manager … name was sharif . She basically echoed what the other girl said. I told her that we spend over $500 a month on food there and $300 a month on gas and she basically said nothing I can do for you. Bottom line is I’m sick of going out of my way to return bad food and also not getting the discount on the coupons I clip. And really, their prices aren’t all that good. So I will be canceling my membership because obviously I’m not very important to them

Used to save a ton of money coming here but now so many items are out of stock and vast majority of the items are not cheaper than going to Walmart or Publix to purchase. Gas also isn't cheaper than any other gas stations. It's become rather pathetic. Wish Costco would come and replace them.

Great place with great prices. They have cloths, furniture, auto supplies, groceries, and meat. So much to choose from. The app can scan your articles and show you if there are coupons that you can clip!

Doesn't have a way to check your purchase out if they let the battery die on the scanner, so you will just have to wait for them to swap the battery and reboot. I'm only using the app for coupons now.

Lately, whenever I've stopped by, I've noticed a consistent issue: there's never a regular checkout line open, just the self-checkout. During my latest visit, I counted 4 or 5 employees in red vests milling around the self-checkout area, presumably to assist customers, but it seemed like nearly everyone there was encountering difficulties. Wouldn't it make more sense to open up the traditional checkout lanes? And here's a thought – if I'm essentially doing part of the work by using self-checkout, can I at least get a larger discount on my purchases? I half expect that soon I'll be asked to operate a forklift and restock the shelves before I'm even allowed to start shopping. Come on, BJ's, step it up

I don’t get why people are complaint about prices. Eveyrhing everywhere has gone up, and it may be slightly higher than sams, but I believe the quality of products is way better.
