Robbie is an exceptional Sales professional. I was just looking to make comparision to outdoor patio furniture however after talking with him about the set I was inquiring about, his knowledge and assistance convienced me that it was the purchase we needed to make. We were so please with the service we received from Robbie and the staff at store 5344 at 400 N. Navy Blvd. here in Pensacola that we return often. He has made this Big Lots, our store to patronize. Thanks Robbie, we appreciate you and the service you all have provided my family.

These people have let their burglar alarm go off for 3 days now - they do not care about the community they’re in and no one should support this business.

I live in a neighborhood behind this Big Lots and the -outdoor- security alarm has been going full blast for four days. I’ve called the non-emergency number to report a sound complaint to the county and nothing has been done. The alarm specifically belongs to this Big Lots and has been an absolute nuisance. 0/10 stars.
