Clean store and good product availability, but most of the employees on the floor are not very willing to help. The last two times I've visited, the experience is akin to me as a woman going to a mechanic. I get spoken down to and treated as though I know nothing. For this reason, I have turned to other stores or online in order to avoid the interactions with the Best Buy floor employees.

My wife and I renamed this place to "Worst Buy"
The store looks like it's going out of business, empty shelves. We've bought TV's here and many other electronics. We were looking for a lan adapter to make one of our TV's work, we waited 30 minutes for someone to come help us in the tv department and no one showed up.
Just more evidence of the Biden economy, businesses are closing and I understand it, we are retired, but today if we were trying to scrape out a living I suppose it might be difficult to have a good attitude.
Bad attitude at your job ends up a closed business
Bobby, thank you for the quick reply on my review, if we'd gotten quick service at your store, there wouldn't have been a bad review. I don't do social media, can't contact you that way.
I want you to know, it wasn't that we just stood around hoping to get help, we rounded up a guy in the back of the store and he radio'd for assistance. There were very few employees in the store. When my wife previously bought her cell phone there, 3 people helped her. I don't need anything from your store now, when we left, I said to hell with this and bought a new TV somewhere else.

I tried to return a brand new unopened Echo Pop that was a gift because I use Google Home. All I wanted was a store credit to get something I can use and they wouldn’t even do that even though Best Buy’s website states that a gift can be returned without a receipt. The manager at this store is uselesss and I’ll just go buy something from somewhere else.

Paul really was a great and knowledgeable employee. I saw other employees standing around who didn't seem interested in helping me at all. Thank you for all your help Paul in my purchase. You made it so easy for me. Best Buy needs more valuable employees who care like you do.

I like the items we buy here. But the service is terrible. They have more people standing around talking then they do waiting on customers. Even when you finally get someone they rush you through and disappear. At check out that's even worse. You have 4to 5 people in line and one cashier. But you look around and several either on their phones or chit chatting with each other.

This review is between the store and the customer service I have recieved over the last 3 days.
On Friday, I came to Best Buy and saw a graphics card that I was interested in. I called a clerk over and explained the I was interested in purchasing the graphics card and a new processor for my computer but had a couple questions. Whenever I asked him a question, he would not speak to me but would speak to my husband. I could not get an answer that was directed towards me.
After installing the graphics card and processor, the next day, we had some issues and contacted Best Buy customer service. They said I could take my computer to Best Buy and have the geek squad look at it, FREE OF CHARGE. It was free because we had just purchased them not even 12 hours prior.
We got to Best Buy, told them what we had done to troubleshoot and they then did the same things. After this they said it would be $150 for them to do anything else. I told them what customer service told me but they said they would charge me $100 instead.
Anytime I try to call the STORE NUMBER I get sent to a generic customer service call center that cannot help me or answer my questions. I just wanted to ask some questions to the people who were looking at my computer.
After emailing Best Buy corporate email, I got a generic computer response and cannot get a straight answer from anyone. Overall, don’t buy anything or take your devices to them. You’ll jump threw hoops and they’ll make you cough up more money before looking your way.
