Bathrooms, absolutely disgusting. The water doesn't work, the soap dispenser doesn't work. So instead of fixing it they leave a soap bottle in the bathroom with no way to use it. Also I needed to change my daughter's diaper, and I couldn't because the diaper changing station was laying so far down she'd roll out of it. It's unfortunate that the bathrooms in the mall were being clean, because as nasty as they are at least they have a way to wash your hands and change diapers.

Went in here just to look and once again it was HORRIBLE. My daughter needed to go the restroom so we walked over there. She tried to go in the family restroom and there wasn’t any toilet paper. She came out and I went in the women’s bathroom with her. There was absolutely ZERO toilet paper in the entire bathroom. Like not one stall had any. So we came out and I asked my husband if he would go in the men’s and get some for her. He found a very minuscule amount in that stall. So that meant now the men’s was completely out. A couple other women came in, (one with a toddler) and they were like what?!! The one woman just used paper towels. But then there was no soap, and hardly any water pressure so you couldn’t even wash your hands. I immediately asked for a manager. I have reported this store to corporate, mainly for the disgusting bathrooms, at least twice in the last 2 years. There is still only one dressing room open on the entire bottom level, and most of the time there is only one register open with the exception of the cosmetic counter.
The manager told me that the plumbing issues have been reported to corporate since it’s a water pressure issue with the sinks, but that “they” haven’t done anything. She also said “they” won’t allow them enough staff to cover the store.
This store should be closed immediately in my opinion. Ever since Covid in 2020, the atmosphere and customer service in there has been horrible. And the hygiene situation in that bathroom is a health risk. My family will not be back.

Would give ZERO stars if I could.
I can’t believe this location is even still open. Today I took my Mom to shop and spend her gift cards, yet she couldn’t spend them because they only accepted Belk credit cards, regular credit cards, or cash due to “a system” issue. They couldn’t even access Belk rewards. The woman at the register was very rude to my mother. When my Mom would ask a question she would respond in a very sarcastic or annoyed way.
For at least the last 2 years, they only have ONE dressing room open on the entire bottom level. Makes you not even want to try clothes on. You have to walk across the entire store just to get a different size if you need it. The dressing room that is open is so full of clothes that people have left in there, you have no room to hang the clothes you want to try on.
Clothes are way overpriced for the quality. There is no way some brands cost that much. I think they jack up the regular price on the tags, & then they put them “on sale” so it looks like you’re getting a good deal.
They send coupons galore, yet you can hardly use any of them cause all the sale prices are door busters, and excluded from the coupon.
The bathrooms on the bottom floor are disgusting. They smell horrendous, the toilet seats are stained a nasty yellow color, only one sink worked the last time we had to go in there, there is never any soap in the dispensers, and forget about a paper towel.
This place is horrible & either needs to have a major remodel along with new staff training on proper customer service, or just close the store completely.

We went to buy Skechers, slip on boots. No help whatsoever. it's the only store that carries it. According to google. They don't have any and couldn't order it for you, According to the girl that we found after a half hour. Very disappointing.

On 29 May 25, we had a complicated issue that the clerk was unable to resolve. Tracey Adams MTM was able to clarify and resolve the issue. She is highly knowledgeable, dedicated and courteous. She is an outstanding manager and did a great job!

I have shopped here many times but ever since Covid your customer service lacks Lustre! They are quite unpleasant especially at the jewelry counter and perfume counter! If you don't need help you are fine but they are all quite snooty if asking for help!

I WAS excited to find this store. There’s absolutely NO customer service. Ask a question and they point “back there in the corner”. Yet not really in the corner, but the middle after searching. Petite dresses please? Oh no not in the petites but “over there” in that corner. Not seeing anything without digging. Easy pass, nothing pretty at first glance, certainly not digging. Register next for 2 items as no one will help with more. Husband says to cashier, Oh can you use the card that’s a refund given by another company. She had no idea when he said use everything on the card. She tried to put everything on the card. (Same person that pointed us to the dresses in The back corner. ) No use up the balance. How? Oh just do $10, there’s some change but threw it away. No one wants to help, just point. Nah I’ll go back to my usual. Second time here and deleted my emails for ads. I thought I found a treasure, I was sure wrong
