My teenage son is learning how to manage money and make bank transactions. The staff was so friendly helping him learn how to make a withdrawal. Everyone greeted us with a smile and made an intimidating experience (for a kid), not that bad at all. Thanks guys!

I visited the Pensacola Blvd office and the manager Vincent Bradley was rude and unprofessional. He spoke to me like a child and interrupted me when I was speaking. thanks to Vincent I will be closing my account as soon as possible WORST customer service I've ever experienced

Friendly staff but just very slow and never enough tellers to accommodate the line. For such a larger sized branch they're not very time efficient. Everytime I come here it's at least a ten to fifteen minute wait in the teller line. One teller in the whole bank assisting a customer with a usually complicated matter that a desk associate should handle and ignoring a backed up line.
