This shop is absolutely amazing Nick the manager will take care of you. He will go out of your way to make sure that you are getting the best possible product and are well taken care of the prices are the best in town. Nick was very respectful and took time out of his day to make sure my key fob worked appropriately. Highly recommend this battery store over any other place in town! Don’t go to a dealership to get your key fob fixed they will rip you off go see Nick at battery source!

If you own a diesel truck for pulling your 5th wheel or travel trailer, you know how important your batteries are to the overall performance of the truck. After my truck wouldn't start, Nick, the manager of Battery Source on Nine Mile Rd Pensacola, said it's possible my batteries might not have enough cranking power which can affect many other electronics of my truck. Soon after a little testing, I was back on the road, pulling my 5th wheel! Friendly, courteous, and caring, all qualities you expect yet sometimes don't receive! I will go back to Nick and his staff for all my battery needs. FYI, while there an older woman entered a little earlier than planned, but she picked up her phone with a fully charged new battery and a smile on her face, great service

Need new management. My husband took our golf cart in because it wouldnt run. They told him they would test the batteries to see if that was the problem. A few hours later (towards end of the day) my husband calls to see what the problem is and they say they put new battiers in that cost 875$. My husband told them we wasnt asking to replace them yet. The man said he wasnt taking them out and my husband and him got into an argument because then the man proceeded to tell my husband he would be charged double service fee for taking them out. We arrived to pick up the cart and manager Nick proceeded to argue with my husband. The worst part of all this is my husband is laying his mother to rest tomorrow. So he was already stressed enough without this dushbag making it worse. Manager NICK should be fired. We will never return to buy a golf cart or anything else from this store.

Best price and has units available. Most another storage companies what almost twice as much for same size units and also have none available. Place is clean and kept up.

When I first started doing business with Battery Source... they were helpful and stood behind their product. Now, they will not honor their warranties and nit pick every little thing to chisel more coin from the customers. Walmart (shudder) at least will just take your battery and swap it out according to your receipt.. or in many cases.. just by the stickers on the battery. I noticed that when Walmart quit carrying most small battery types and started sending that business to places like Battery Source... BS started pulling back on service.

This store has been handy for us multiple times recently. We needed a car battery and a camper battery. Each time they have tested our old battery life, and accepted our old battery for recycling. We appreciate the quick, friendly service. We will continue to be return customers!
