This location is always clean and well kept, the books are always well organized, and the staff is always easy to find and able to answer all of my questions, should I have any. All of the staff are always really friendly and seem to enjoy being in the environment. I love being able to have people to talk about books with while I am there and usually they never fail to have a new book recommendation for me!

We relocated to Pensacola and was thrilled to find Barnes & Noble. The location in Hawaii where we came from closed many years prior. The employees are always very attentive and knowledgeable about books. To top it off is their coffee shop where you can browse a book and enjoy a cup of latte.

I needed a study Bible. The book that I was looking for was not available; however, I was able to find an excellent substitute. The representative who assisted me was very courteous.
