I’ve been at Avalon for 2 years and have enjoyed living here. My dog especially loves the dog park! Will be renewing my lease for another year. Would recommend!

We moved into Avalon, without a single complication. I am very much a (self-proclaimed) clean freak so I came prepared to clean on the day we got our keys. I walked in and it smelled clean, but then I also noticed the lovely, coveted vacuum tracks on the carpet! It was GLORIOUS Lol anyways, we needed a situation with our air not cooling evenly throughout the apartment and they were QUICK to send hvac! maintenance has already lived up to their reputation of being quick and thorough with any necessary calls! We love the staff, the amenities, and community! We've met a few neighbors so far and are very pleased, to say the very least! Thank you Avalon team for a great experience so far with our very first apartment experience!

Very clean property. Love the amenities provided and the quality of the other residents, everyone smiles and waves when you cross paths, don't ever hear commotion or yelling, domestic fighting etc

From the first time calling to the tour I have been treated wonderfully!! The whole office staff has been informative and friendly. Easy move in process from the beginning. I highly recommend this complex especially the great specials which was much needed in my circumstance. Thank you Avalon!!

AC was terrible at my friends apartment when I went to go visit for the weekend. I literally had to rent an AIRBNB because I couldn’t bare how hot it was in the apartment. They told me they tried contacting the apartment’s maintenance to fix it quite a while ago - they just never came. I never lived here- nor would I. 1/10.

I love Avalon Apartments, I recently just moved here and the staff is so kind and helpful. The day I got here specifically Morgan helped me get settled and was just so kind and helpful. I also love the area as well, there’s a pool here to cool down and relax. As well as a lobby where it feels like home to sit down and just decompress. The people here are so nice and it feels like home. I wouldn’t change a thing about deciding to live here and most definitely would recommend for anyone to come down and decide to live here as well. As I said it feels like home!!!

New residents here, but so far we have really enjoyed the property. It's quiet, food trucks at least once a week, and an amazing dog park with a Summer Dog Party! Keep up the great work, Avalon team!

Have lived here just over a year now & couldn’t love it more. The amenities are great, especially the pool & 24 hour fitness center. The staff is amazing & so helpful, especially Morgan & Dylan.
