“This is not Patrick but Jeanne Smith I have purchased many cars in my 72 yrs, traveled far and wide put no more than 80k miles on a car then traded in for a new one sat in many showrooms kept for hours while they wheeled and dealed with financing and the dealerships were supposed to be “no haggling “which was a joke!” But then arrived at Anderson Subaru just glancing around and when we turned around to seek a salesman Steven Simpson was outside ready to assist us and from that point on he was the ultimate professional and knowledgeable about all things Subaru! We had to test drive one of the larger vehicles but when we told him it would not fit in our garage he let us take it home for the test drive no problem decided getting the crosstrek hybrid which I love and am so happy this will be my last vehicle! Financing with the owners son was a breeze we were in and out less than a half hour which is the way it should be! Let’s just say it was the best overall experience we ever had in purchasing any car! Want to get a Subaru “Anderson Subaru” is the place to go you won’t be disappointed!”

Mike and his crew determined the truck was not leaking oil, however discovered some other issues during the inspection that required immediate attention. I authorized the repairs after meeting with Mike to go over other issues. I had my truck back the next day completely repaired. Extremely pleased and I highly recommend.”

Great place to get an alignment, especially if your lowered and or looking to fix camber issues. The employees were polite, informative answered any questions I had and took car of me. “From Sales to Service this place is top notch, the GM Casey runs this store so smoothly. The Sales staff is so friendly and welcoming!! My RS7 was having issues they got me in immediately and kept me posted the whole entire process from walk around videos to updates. “I began my experience working through text regarding the vehicle I was interested in. We were able to agree on an OTD price. I then arranged to go see the vehicle. Being this was New Years Eve, and I arrived close to closing, I wasn't expecting to be able to finalize the deal. However, Jordan B met me at the door and quickly brought the car around. He thoroughly answered all my questions and concerns. I also traded in a vehicle. Jordan patiently reviewed the deal with me until I understood every line. The finance manager went above and beyond on finding the best financing for me and included some extras. This was the best experience I've had trading cars. It really put me at ease. However, we had to track down the service manager to get an update; they should improve communication with waiting customers. No issues since!”

“I don't write reviews as a rule; however, this one is a must. I had asked Douglas at Autocheck to assess the condition of a 2004 Porsche Carrera 4S Cabrio that I was considering for purchase. He produced an amazingly detailed two-page report covering everything from the vehicle's entire drive train to every button, switch, and lever in the interior, as well as an evaluation of the car's paint, upholstery, wheels, tires, brakes, and convertible top. Although I have not had an opportunity to experience his mechanical savvy, I can't imagine that it is not top-notch. He is locally very well-known among Porschefiles as a trusted source, and if I ever do become an owner again (I've owned three), I would certainly trust him totally with any of the vehicle's needs. He is, in my opinion, an absolutely superb automotive analyst with great breadth and depth of knowledge. Kudos, Douglas!!”
“Brought my car to Sandy Sansing Nissan for an oil change and tire rotation at their main facility. I provided my own oil and Nissan oil filter. I was able to watch the technician perform the services and he was very thorough and careful doing the work. Once completed, they vacuumed my car and offered to run it through their car wash. I am very pleased with the service and treatment I received at Sandy Sansing Nissan. Thank you!
