Everyone at here was amazing !!! A big shout out to Monica and Sierra for pulling. Through and getting my claim resolved and reimbursed for my broken windshield. Paperwork’s. electronic email system and texts were incredible. Very fast ! Great auto met service action response and delivery for reimbursement! Took just a few minutes to process everything. Very happy !!!!

The claims agent, Ceara Sartalamacchia, was great. She walked me through every step of the process and was so good about keeping me updated throughout. No one wants to be in an accident but, if you are, knowing Auto Owners has your back helps make it easier!

Ceara Sartalamachia and Auto Owners went above and beyond my expectations for my accident claim. She was prompt & responsive when I contacted her and was pleasant when speaking to her on the phone. They also covered me beyond my policy.

I was a client of Auto Owners Insurance for a couple of years until we moved out of state and can no longer use them. Zack was my agent and I cannot express how helpful he was throughout that entire time. Zack was always prompt when I had questions and/or when changing my policies; of which we had our home, auto and business insurance. I am super sad to no longer be able to use him personally. However, I definitely highly recommend him to anyone looking for an insurance quote, especially if you are looking for someone that is honest, hardworking and overall a good person to interact with! Thanks Zack for all your help!

I've never been to the local office, but the insurance company doesn't respond quickly when needing roadside assistance. They also ask for local state-issued ID for non-driving or roomate adults or they won't renew.

My adjuster was completely useless, never even me what happened? No community, her supervisor had no answers to my questions and concern. Even the supervisors supervisors was rude and useless!! They’re liars and corrupt.

Not sure which representative I spoke with but she was extremely rude. Huffing/Puffing and taking deep breaths while on the phone and acted as if she hated her job. Smh I would NEVER use them if asking simple questions get that kind of response.

Do not do business with Auto-Owners Insurance, Google reviews first. They are incompetent, deceitful, and corrupt. They lure you in with a great auto policy price and then raise your rates every six months because they can. My wife and I lost our Home Owners Insurance policy because Anne Marie in the route 29 location wanted a hire commission. We were with the same company for 9 years and because of her incompetence we were dropped. Please!!!, save yourself the misery, time, and money. It was a horrible experience. We are now with a company that truly believes in customer satisfaction. If I could give 0 stars I would.

After notifying them we were moving to another insurer 5 days before term they still debited my checking for $835. Had to call corporate office because assistant at agents office was a real b/tch! Now they say it will be two weeks before they can return my money.
