I have not received care/treatment at your facility! Please check your records, as I have had enough wrong billing/Medicare Fraud and am tired of dealing with Collection Agencies because no one listens when I attempt to prove them wrong! Thank you!

Worst experience I've ever had. Felt dizzy and nauseous so went to their urgent care. Got there at 5:15 and they close at 6. Brought me to the back around 5:40 and literally saw me for 30 seconds before the physicians assistant said she couldn't do anything for me and told me to go to the ER. I paid for a visit and the PA didn't even examine me. I left and visited my primary care physician the next day who treated me for my illness. Ascension sacred heart urgent care in hwy 29 is the most unprofessional medical facility I've ever experienced.
