Highly aggressive sales tactics. I had to repeat that I did not want a membership literally 6 times. Each time was followed by "but, why?". The wash itself was also sub par compared to other washes in the vicinity. More expensive than other washes. Will not be going back.

This car wash should be avoided. No wash supplies... One bottle without a spray cap. The vacuum has half the suction of the competition. Drive 3 miles and find another car wash. Aquasad Carwash

Definitely a 1 Star now but it wasn't like this when it first opened. I don't know if they changed management or time took its toll on a poorly run business, but this place is awful now. Everything that could be wrong is wrong with this place.
My wife told me it was terrible recently but I honestly didnt remember. It wasn't until I got to their non-existent bug wash station that it hit me she warned me about this place. The bug wash Buckets are there but the brushes are more plastic head than bristles and the buckets clearly didn't have a drop of soap or cleaner in them...just some extremely brown/grey water. I tried to use it and trust me there is nothing in the buckets but dirty water. At this point I couldn't turn around because of how their entrance works or I would have. So I just made a mental note this will likely be my last time. Then I get to the gate and you can't just pay, you have to be given the run down by an employee with an attitude about enrolling in their program that is definitely 3 times more now than only 2 years ago. Their most basic single wash is $10 or i believe $30 a month. This is literally just a drive thru the wash without any additional feature....like not a single bullet for an additional feature listed below "Car Wash!" I think their premium might have been $50 a month. The wash also didn't do a good job. If their Bug Prep Brushes are any indication of the brush condition in the car wash then I am not surprised. I don't know if the $10 basic wash only includes a quick milky coating of something dripping on the vehicle when you first enter but that was all I saw in terms of soap or chemical. And it wasn't foamy soap dripping down but literally like a fat free watery milk dipping when you first enter then that is all. Then the vaccuums had NO suction. Any less suction and it would have been blowing.
I also remember when they opened they had young, motivated, clean cut, college age employees in khakis and polo's running around. Today there is no uniform to be found on the property and the only 2 employees I saw could have honestly been homeless, no offense but that is just how it looked to me. Also, the vibe I got is they hated their job and didn't want to be helping people. Looking down waving you in way up by the control panel without the slightest guidance of left or right or where you line up with the tracks. With so many of these new drive thru car washes popping up and running deals for washes that actually work, you really should take my advice and drive a block away to another car wash.

My husband and I pulled up at 7:40pm and they had already closed down for the night. Right after we paid, an employee approached the car and seemed upset. We had not realized until we pulled up and sat for a minute that they had to go turn everything back on, well, not everything. When we got out, we pulled up to the vacuum (which was the main reason we came). When we pulled the vacuum hose out, we realized it was off. We turned around to see the employees signal with their hands that it was cut off for the night. We were very upset to pay so much just to only get half of the service. I would have much rather them tell me it was closed than what happened tonight. Very disappointed

This carwash has gone from one of the best car washes in town to one of the worst. The monthly pass when they first opened was $20 a month. Now it's up to $43. I canceled the membership because it kept going up every 6 months. Not to mention half of the brushes and cleaning items in the wash hardly move or clean your car. If you want tire shine, you have to put it on yourself because the machine during the wash doesn't put any on, and if it does, it only does part of the tire. Also, the drier doesn't do very much either. The prices go up, but the services seem to get worse.🤔
