“I had taken multiple apartment tours all around Pensacola, and Avalon Apartments provided me a completely different experience than the rest. Kelsey and Dylan were both VERY kind and when I had military issues, they assisted me through the whole process. Both of them were REAL. They weren't trying to sell me on anything, they weren't putting on an act, they actually helped me and made sure I was set up correctly. They had me half sold before I even saw the apartment.This area is very nice, and the apartments are a safe, gated community. These apartments have a set of rules that are common and easy to understand/follow. “My wife and I moved here around a month ago from Kentucky, and have had a great experience. First of all, Allyson/Ally is the best- she helped us find the perfect apartment over a 3 month period before we moved, and made everything seamless. She clearly cared about us and did everything she could to answer all of our questions and make our transition smooth. The apartments themselves are stunning- the layouts are massive and well designed, the screened in patio is wonderful, plenty of storage, the huge kitchen with real marble is gorgeous, and the bedrooms, bathrooms, and closets are all great. Literally everything- huge bathtubs, spacious walk in closets, extended storage shelves in the laundry room, all great.The apartments are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, and we feel like everything here has been worth the value. We haven't gotten to use the pools yet with the cold, but they are both pretty and always open. The two gyms are nice, the grounds and building are very well kept for how many buildings there are, and there is plenty of parking where we're at. Have not had a problem with the gate, unlike other apartments we've been at. Location is great, you can hop right on the highway and there's plenty of food & groceries within a 10 minute drive. Overall, this place has been amazing, and I think my wife & I will be happy here for years to come!”

“I recently moved from the Carriage Hills Apartments because of my job relocation. I loved the area being close to work, beach, mall, etc. The entire property is kept clean constantly. It's pet friendly which was perfect for my 9lb boy and I the area is so nice and green we both enjoy going on walks around the property. However, the best part was the office staff, really sweet and helpful everyone always greets you with a bright smile and makes you feel at home. If I ever work near Pensacola, I will definitely move back to Carriage Hills Apartments.”
