“I love Avalon Apartments, I recently just moved here and the staff is so kind and helpful. The day I got here specifically Morgan helped me get settled and was just so kind and helpful. I also love the area as well, there’s a pool here to cool down and relax. As well as a lobby where it feels like home to sit down and just decompress. The people here are so nice and it feels like home. I wouldn’t change a thing about deciding to live here and most definitely would recommend for anyone to come down and decide to live here as well. As I said it feels like home!!!”

“When it rains, it pours. And after every storm, there is a rainbow. That's what West Woods Apartments is for me. I had been having such a rough 2023. I needed somewhere safe for my 2-year-old, boyfriend, and self to move to. I'm so very, very happy I found West Woods Apartments! First off, Ally. She is the leasing consultant, and she is fantastic!! From the beginning, I had great energy and vibes from her. My son loved her too! She made us feel welcomed, safe, and already at home. The ease of applying, leasing, and our final move in has been a smooth process thanks to her. She answered every question I had (Which was a lot), she gave perfect detail to what we needed to move in, what to expect, and much more. Ally is the cherry on top of this wonderful, and beautiful community. The pools, the gyms (one has a kid's room!) the dog park, the kid's playground, the overall maintenance of the property, the cleanliness, the safety, everything! I love that it is a gated community and very well secured, not like many other complexes I've come across. Now for the apartment itself. BEAUTIFUL! From the spacious rooms to the modern kitchen and bathrooms, and the patio/yard is screened and huge! This place is everything I was looking for and more. I am SO GLAD to be starting my new year at West Woods Apartments. Thank you, Ally, for being a wonderful person and helping my family and I find our new HOME!

“Over the past 20 years I have owned or rented a place to leave. Each has had its ups and downs but these homes are by far my favorite. From initial contact with Kendra in the front office to any communication with the maintenance team, you are always treated with respect and taken care of promptly. The homes themselves are fully outfitted with every appliance you can ask for and it is quality stuff. The best benefit is the school district that the subdivision falls into. So, if you want a great home, with great people, don’t want to sweat mowing your grass (it’s taken care of) and your kids to go to good schools…this is the place for you.”

“I recently moved from the Carriage Hills Apartments because of my job relocation. I loved the area being close to work, beach, mall, etc. The entire property is kept clean constantly. It's pet friendly which was perfect for my 9lb boy and I the area is so nice and green we both enjoy going on walks around the property. However, the best part was the office staff, really sweet and helpful everyone always greets you with a bright smile and makes you feel at home. If I ever work near Pensacola, I will definitely move back to Carriage Hills Apartments.”
