I absolutely love going to nail envy to get my pedicures and my eyebrows waxed! They always take there time and are very good at what they do! Anna and Be are my absolute favorites and I couldn’t say enough good things about them both!! Will be a returning customer for life!

Horrible place and people. Look at the review on Yelp.
Funny I read on one review that the owner reached out after a bad review to want to make it right.
I spent 15 minutes talking to the owner and all she did was lie and take up for the employees that did everything wrong.
Too many good salons in Pensacola to settle for sub-par services and be charged top dollar.
Certainly would not recommend this place to anyone

I have been very pleased for the past few times I have been to this nail salon. I always request Ben because he really takes his time and pays attention to detail and I really appreciate that. He's very nice and does a great job!

I will never go back to this place. Her staff over charge for there service. They tried to charge me 175 for this and my pedicure which is suppose to be about 135. They said my nails is extra long which is not Long at all. Also Anna doesn’t honor her prices on her price list look at her price list vs what her staff charged me on the sticky note

I love the nail envy salon. The atmosphere is relaxing. The salon is wide open. Everyone is so friendly. My nails have never looked so good. And they actually stay on.

I first want to start off by saying this shop was very welcoming and also offered drinks when I first walked in! The service was great and my french tip pedicure came out amazing. They are so nice and also provide great conversation. Overall the place is a 10/10 would recommend!

Awful experience. The nail tech had the water so hot the acetone was boiling and she expected me to put my hands in a boiling bowl of acetone.

I would definitely recommend this salon 100% no doubt about it! I have shopped around in pensacola since I moved here for a professional reliable clean and friendly salon. I have dipped my toes in almost every salon in the area. I've compared prices, environment, talent and mostly for me was friendless and this place hands down hit every mark! My nail tech CAT is absolutely AMAZING! I trust her completely she takes her time making sure you are comfortable and satisfied with her work. She is very informative and knows what she is doing. Honestly everyone there seems so great! Every single person I have spoken to or interacted with at all is super friendly and nice to be around. It is very peaceful and also very clean.I would definitely recommend trying this place out!
