Took my pup here last minute. My pup has severe anxiety going to the groomer. She looked great and I can tell she actually enjoyed her spa day.Everyone was friendly. Even though I don't live in the area. I would recommend them to anyone in Pensacola! 5 stars!

My dogs nails were so long and since he has abandonment issues-he reaches out when he needs lovin to soothe his anxieties! After calling around, I found that Blue Angel has the best prices for nail trimming-but they were also very patient when I was frustrated about them being cash or check only! They apologized several times and did not act like I was a pain when I was irritated. They were professional and the service was quick! He was in and out within 10 minutes! Thanks again guys! I appreciate your hard work!

This place is amazing!!! They fit me in when I called the day prior. My kids don't need a trim just a bath and their nails. I was so happy with the results. I will definitely go back. Note. They do not take cards so make sure you have cash or a check.

We have tried several times to give this place a chance but yesterday was the last time. The last few times we have gone in there was an issue with the price quoted when we dropped off our dog and picked up the dog. One excuse was " oh you said you wanted this or that spa package". Which we never ask for. Another excuse was @ oh the person was new that quoted you the price on drop off". But yesterday was the last straw! Had an appointment to drop off our 50lb chow mix for a bath and haircut. 6 hours later when we called to check if she was ready they said still a few in front of her for haircut! I mean really 6 hours??? Then the storm comes in and oops they loose power and call us to pick up a wet dog that apparently had been bathed but nothing else. Then when we get there the answer is sorry but there is no charge for today! As if I was going to pay to have my dog sit in a crate for 6 hours. If you are short groomers I understand but tell people. Don't make appointments you can't keep. If my dog still had several in front of her at 330 would she had even been done if the power did not go out?

First time to the groomers for this sweet pup! He is timid at first to new people and he warmed up quickly with the friendly staff! Amanda was our groomer and she did a great job on his cut!

I am a snow bird and our Airedale needed to be groomed. I checked reviews for several salons and found several terrible reviews for all. I was apprehensive to book anywhere but finally decided on Blue Angel Pet Salon on Dog Track Road. Staff was friendly on the phone and in person. The gentleman who was his groomer listened to my instructions for the cut I wanted and repeated it in his own words so we knew we were in agreement. When I picked up my dog he was beautiful and happy! My Dog is 7 and this is the best grooming he has ever had. Thank you Blue Angel Pet Salon!

I had a 12pm appointment and my dog wasn't seen until 330p. Finally finished by 430p! That's not cool to let the dog wait that long. Then don't take us at 12pm!

I have a long haired Yorkie and the people were really friendly they took really good care of her I wish I had asked them to go a little bit shorter on her face but they did a really good job on her feet everything else and it was my fault I should have told him to go a little bit tighter on her face but overall I really like them and I will go back

First time using this groomer. When i dropped off both of my schnauzers this morning i explained to the staff that i DID NOT want a schnauzer cut and they i wanted them one length with a "teddy bear face" cut. My bigger schnauzer was supposed to be one length with a Mohawk, and teddy bear face. Before i left i explained it to her again and she even took down my phone number. I told her to call if she had any issues or questions. I pick them up and they totally disregarded what i said. Both dogs were cut like typical schnauzers. They never called to ask or verify. I then asked the lady i spoke to, to explain why my dogs were not cut the way i asked. She said it must have been a communication error. After i asked why no one called to verify before cutting them, there was no answer. Their only response was "once their hair grows out you can come back and see us" i will not be going back to a business that has total disregard to customers. They didn't even offer a discount or anything and i had to pay full price for something i did not want!
