We were quoted a price per gallon when we called to order ( we took the name of the person we dealt with and wrote everything down) . When we got the invoice it was .20 more per gallon. When we called about the matter we were disconnected twice. Upon finally speaking with "Marvin" we were treated very rudely and he acted like we were the problem. Taking notes when we have Amerigas conversations and documenting those are completely "useless" according to him. But I'm rating two stars because after asking for a manager the Resolution Specialist got on the line and agreed to the first price we were quoted, which by the way, was a senior discount that's all. Wow, not only have we been repeatedly lied to by Amerigas this past year we have been called liars.

This company is horrible. Wish I would’ve read the reviews before even trying to establish service. Nobody has a clue as to what is going on . It’s the winter months and my mom can’t even get her initial setup. Bring on hold for 30 minutes at a time.

Placed an order for propane, 30 gal., on Nov. 2nd. It was to be delivered between Nov. 3-9. We received a text that our tank was full so they did not add any.. obviously they went to wrong house. AMERIGAS has been delivering to us for 6 years. Placed new order on Nov. 13 to be delivered Nov 14- 20. Still no gas. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RIDICULOUS!

This company customer service is a joke. Promised four different delivery dates. All were no call or shows. I had to call and get a status update and all they say is,” we will escalate the ticket”. Very disappointed on the lack of communication this company gives to their customers.

The only issue I have is that I have asked for driver to get a PO# they do not. My Mangers said that the driver comes in and hands the casher the ticket once he completes filling the tank.Other than that I love the online access and the service itself. I would like to thank all employees for their work.

worse customer service ever. over pricedIt is funny how you can respond to a Google Review of me saying you have the worst customer service but not respond to phone calls and emails.Where would you like me to start on your horrible customer service?Your call center people can not understand them as they are from another country. When you ask to speak to a supervisor for your issues you are put on hold for 30 min or more then they come back and answer you and drop the call.When you do get to speak to an English speaking person they talk a good game and can not follow through. They mess up deliveries, tell you wrong information and do not follow through.We have no local office to call or get help fromThe call center will not have a sales rep call you back.You are charging us $5.50 a gallon for propane and every other company we got quotes from is about $2.00 a gallon. You are screwing us!!!!We have been a customer for well over 25 years and the decision to change was not made lightly but when no one from Amerigas called us back to talk about our issues and concerns then we decided to seek a new company.NO ONE FROM AMERIGAS HAS YET TO CALL ME BACK EVEN AFTER I REFUSED TO ALLOW THE DRIVER TO FILL MY TANK THAT IS EMPTY. I HAVE CALLED OVER AND OVER. WASTED 3 OR 4 DAYS OF MY TIME TRYING TO GET AMERIGAS TO TALK TO ME AND LEST SEE WHAT WE COULD DO. NO ONE HAS CALLED US AT ALL!

It is impossible to reach anyone at the local office to request invoices. You are forwarded to a call center with representatives that are rude and can barely speak English.
