Spent 1 1/2 hours waiting for an oil change. Only 1 car ahead of me. Then it took another 20 minutes to cashout because their system was screwed up. No apologies or discount. Just rude. I give 1 star only because there's no lower score available

Had oil change done there last time and apparently they installed a piggy back plug? Meaning they stripped the oil plug! Today they refused to change the oil or do anything to fix this. Have been taking my car there for 6 years. All this after a 2 hour wait! Need to see about a law suit!! Small claims court atleast! After all it was their employee!
