Horrible experience!!!! Sent a crew that was too small, insufficient packing material and a truck too small. Didn’t show up until 11:45am the day of the move and couldn’t fit all of our stuff on the truck. By the time they finished packing, loading what they could get and driving an hour and a half to our new home it was after 9 pm. We were told by Quinn who never returned any calls because it was a Saturday that they would have to unload the next day. We had to sleep I our new house with no furniture or other essentials. It then took us 8 weeks to get the rest of our stuff during which time Quinn tried to blame us for their mistakes. We had to take several trips during those 8 weeks to get things that had been left and inconvenience the renters in our old house. We have never received a formal apology or an offer for any kind of refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Elvin, Donald, and Cam kicked ass in service and attitude! They moved a treadmill upstairs which may not sound all that challenging but it was! It was a 400 lb treadmill in a big ol box that was awkward getting up the stairs and through doorways. The last door was too small so they even opened up the box and moved each piece to its destination! They figured out a solution every time an awkward issue came up and had a great attitude the whole time! I would fully recommend them for any kind of move! Them boys deserve a bonus! 🤘
